They wouldn’t help you with the problem they cause… very difficult to get an appointment nearly impossible and when do you get one the doctor tell you the you would get a referral letter al ham dullila! And then months passed ask them for the referral letter and they told you that there’s nothing in there’s system…. Know what? You have to take an appointment 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

There was an issue, manager helped me instantly and cordially. I got the appointment, the receptionists are friendly, to be honest they improve a lot. The doctor ( most probably her name is Dr Tamanna Chowdhury) was very caring, helpful and respectful to me. She listened to me carefully. The pathologist ( who did my blood test), she is amazing. She remembered my little one, my wife and asked me how they are.
So Managers, doctors, receptionist and pathologists all have a nice, positive , respectful attitude to me. Great team work. Well done, keep doing great and Nobel work. All the best for all of you.

Bullying tactics from the manager.
The manager was extremely unprofessional and kept talking over me after me listening to her. There was no aggressive behaviour and she informed me she would remove me because she told me (rather than asked) that I had a problem with the surgery (I told her I had a problem with her).
Funny how after I kicked up a fuss a gp then gave me medicine without even checking to see if I needed it. Do you always hand out medicine so freely?!
Everything that happened happened for the best, I found a much better practice that was so stunned at this practice's policies about having to wait 10 days from one appointment to the next.
The manager was so highly emotional, completely unprofessional, raising her voice and cutting me off when I had to listen to her blather on.
Glad the calls are recorded because NHS customer services and the Ombudsman have said they will request this call. They were also very surprised that a manager has such rubbish customer service skills!!
Don't bother replying, I have zero interest in what you have to say and will be taking this public and as high as I can!!

I clearly showed the doctor a rash on my back and was told I would be given antiviral tablets. When I got to the chemist i found he had not prescribed it. And to make matters worse when I went back to the surgery to find out why, the doctor had not even written it in the notes.

One of the receptionists were incredibly rude. If we wanted to call the GP, it would depend on her if we could have an appointment with the doctor or not. She would disconnect the call if she was in a bad mood, even if it wasn’t our fault.

The worst doctors surgery you could ask for. I was told to take painkillers for months on end for a chronic condition that caused me to lose 10kg of weight. A dentist had to refer me to Queen Elizabeth Hospital as he knew better than my GP.
More recently the doctor refused to see my nephew because he was 5 minutes late for a genuine reason. Now after we have tried booking for the 3rd day in a row they are stating they will need to speak to the doctor first to even give him an appointment. THE WORST PRACTICE IN BIRMINGHAM. We’re definitely changing practice and would say stay away from this practice.
More recently the doctor refused to see my nephew because he was 5 minutes late for a genuine reason. I have been calling every day at 9am and 230pm FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS only to be told there are no appointments available. I have called today at 9am and the phone line is at capacity
Yesterday I called and I was hung up on twice. I was also offered 9am and then told the physician is busy and hung up on.
I work full time and I am so stressed. This is getting absolutely ridiculous, no empathy has been shown and is so frustrating.
Recently moved to birmingham and this is the worst experience ever.

This surgery is a joke since Dr Moonga moved on. Doctors are lazy and the system used is absolutely ridiculous. Primarily run by physicians associates who struggle to do anything without referring to a doctor.
They do not have enough doctors and this practice is downright dangerous in that sense. It seems the bottom line is more important than patient care.
