Nice but you have to be on your "A" game to bargain
Almost an endless maze of shops - can get very lively and crowded.
Lovely flea market with lots of variety of things to buy. The perfect place to find souvenirs. The prices were reasonably good but you can find cheaper things on the more off peak roads but it’s not a huge difference in price. Definitely worth visiting!
Just the fact that entering the flea market you see a big plastic sign "flea market" makes you understand we are talking about everything but a flea market. It'd be better to call it "tourist market" as what they sell are mostly just souvenirs (bags, shoes, t-shirts with greek cliches etc.) which is ok, but just don't call it flea market.
Very close to the Acropolis, Agora, and other tourist areas and very easily access by train. It is a very busy area - but has so many nice shops and restaurants and street vendors.
It is particularly nice in the evenings (though more crowded) in the summer with the sun down and less heat.
On the weekends it seems there are even more street vendors.

Great place for tourists and shoppers. Tons of unique selection.
