this chemist has improved so much over the past 6 months ,prescriptions are done quicker and the staff are polite and helpful

I have been using this pharmacy for a long time they are brilliant they customer services are great and they always work hard to give a good service

Always as helpful as possible, been using this chemist for 18 years and if there is a problem it gets sorted ASAP thanks Steve. x

They provided continous poor customer service - ignoring me whilst waiting for 10 minutes to get asked what they could help with, without any queue. They claimed that the prescription would be with them by 12 PM that day, and when I went to collect at 4PM, they didn't have it. They asked me to come back the next time. When I went to get the medication, they still didn't have it and claimed they don't have in stock whilst it was urgently prescribed by the doctor. They raised their voice and talked to me in a very degregating way. They didn't want to give out the prescription for multiple requests. This is not the first time that they don't provide the medication in time. They are continously late and have terrible organisation and management on top of lacking basic social skills and customer services. Can't even greet someone. The pharmacy is useless.

They are my main local chemist always happy to give advice and the best medicine. Very approachable and very helpful. I am a pleased customer will always return.

Great service. So many times I have been to other pharmacies that do not have stock of various items, but when I go to this chemist they always seem to have what I need. They are nice people and always helpful. five stars from me.

Absolutely ridiculous. Recently moved into the area and gave the pharmacy an order for medication. Go back 2 days later they said they haven't received the prescription and come back next day. Go next day still not there. Go week later and apperently my medication is in the warehouse which they've locked up....do I look stupid to think you guys have a warehouse and also where is your customer service....go unlock it and get my medication. Go today and the medication is not there the prescription was sent to my old pharmacy. Going to be looking for a new pharmacy after this even if I have to walk further.
