Murrays Pharmacy within Glebefields Health Centre

I'm registered disabled but told couldn't have medication delivered to me, we were told they delivered once and we were not in,so there for we are able to collect, don't people have other appointments

Used to get my prescriptions from here, even though my doctor prescribed everything I need there was always a problem and questions asked-when my DOCTOR had put me on this medication.
Wouldn’t advise this pharmacy to anyone the staff have an attitude problem are nasty got no respect for their patients or customers and leave people stood waiting to be served ages-whilst there were as of tonight four people behind the counter and one possibly two sat down just chatting to themselves in a room and nobody serving stood there ages and nobody came to serve me.
typical example I needed medicine that was sent down to them I went to collect got told to come back tomorrow went back the day after as they stated got told it wasn’t ready and hadn’t been 48hrs when it had and was classed as an emergency.went back to receptionist at the doctors they requested me to get the prescription back so I could take it somewhere else because by this time was desperate.for the pharmacy to suddenly not give me my prescription back but to walk out of the back with my medication.This place is not good enough for me and has happened on numerous occasions.I would deeply advise anyone not to used this place-nasty staff that think they are more right than your doctor.waste of time and need reporting.

Never has the medication we need, have to get the prescription from elsewhere

The staff are all kind and considerate, and will listen to your problem and advise you on next steps. The waiting times on the medication is getting quicker, unlike when peak pharmacy originally took over. I have to give the staff credit, they work so hard to keep the pharmacy up and running so us lot can have our meds.

Was refered to glebefields for an appointment and was told to get my son a throat spray...the lad behind the counter didnt have a clue what i was on about?🤔 useless! 2 stard for the cleanliness of the place as it was spotless but staff lets it down

One of the members of staff has a really bad attitude problem. Only went in to collect some lfts and her tone of voice and attitude absolutely stinks. I very nearly told her where to put them but not everyone speaks to people like dirt.
