Christina Brown Gardens

Christina was such a great person to work on our garden design with. She was always responsive both in terms of communication and listening to our ideas and adapting her designs. She spent time and thought to come up with the right design for our space and our needs and hopes. Her team did a great job with installation and she was available for lots of support during the garden's first year.

Chris designed and planted our Brooklyn back garden from scratch (including installing a drip irrigation system), working with some difficult existing conditions and sticking to our budget. She's a great listener, very flexible and creative. We love the results and recommend her work to everyone!

Chris and team did an amazing job with my roof deck. I didn't have a great sense of what I wanted, but from the initial consultation she was so helpful providing different options and suggestions, and making sure everything worked with the location (which can get very windy). The plants she selected are beautiful and what I had in mind without being able to describe it well, and the pots we selected together look perfect. She also installed a watering system which is really easy to use and you hardly see it.
The day of the installation, she was on time and communicated well. Her team worked quickly (including getting everything up to my 5th floor walk up!), and were super tidy moving everything through my apt.
All in all, just what I was hoping for-- I can't recommend her enough!

Christina and her team did a lovely job with our backyard. Christina helped us choose plants that would thrive in our quite shady garden, with blooms from spring to fall in colors we would like, etc., and installed a sprinkler/drip system to keep it all alive. Christina was thorough and patient in the planning phase and she and her team left the garden neat and clean when they were done planting. Her rates were quite reasonable. We recommend Christina Brown Gardens without reservation.

Christina has taken care of my patio garden for the past 4 years. She is extraordinarily talented and creative and people are blown away with how the space looks after she visits. I can not recommend Christina highly enough- her prices are fair and her work is incredible. Don’t even think twice before giving her a call- she will make your space look more beautiful than you can imagine.

We hired Christina to fix up our backyard in Brooklyn, including a new design and deck. She created a beautiful design for us and we were very happy with the results. She has a lot of knowledge and follows through perfectly. When some of the plants fell sick, she came through right away to remedy the situation. I would recommend her!

Fast response time. Came in like a superhero and rescued my poor neglected garden in about 24 hours. I highly recommend this team of professionals and will definitely use again! Christina freed my garden from the choking vines that over took it. She spared all the beautiful plants underneath so they can bloom again one day.

Christina designed and planted a garden at our home in Brooklyn that we enjoy looking at and being in, and that requires minimal maintenance on our part - just the way we wanted it. In addition to being a tribute to Chris' knowledge of the local growing conditions and appropriate plants, it's also an outcome of her interactive approach and responsiveness to our needs and wishes.
