The best and easy doc ive been this past 5-6years. No need to talk too much, because when i sick, im not in the mood to talk. So their doctors all good, just straightforward ask important question. Then 2 min done. No need to wait long time to be call. Fast, easy.

Bad receptionist. Called in before to get for injection. Was told stock available and can come straight. So i went in around 15-20 minutes. Registered my details with my ic. Then after registered only told me to wait for 10-15 mins because doctor went out. I waited from 1220-12.50pm. Then ask receptionist when doctor is coming. She said dont know, not sure, doctor went out for lunch. I ask if can call doctor to confirm, why because i need to get back at work by 2pm. Then receptionist said dont know doctor number. I was mad because didnt inform me earlier about doctor before register my details. I ask her to delete my record in the computer. So ignorant about patient, bad customer service from her.

I felt good to have this clinic in my neighborhood. Good and friendly service from front desk and doctor in charge. Convenient as easy access. This clinic is the only clinic that accepts micare which still opened after 8pm in this bukit Jalil area.

Don’t put intern doctors in private clinics! She barely know what she’s even talking about, I’m now reluctant to take the medicines she prescribed me…it’s my 2nd visit since the medicines they gave me on my 1st visit didn’t work and I’m still not recovered….also they always run out of antibiotics and ask you to buy from the pharmacy, what kind of clinic is this HAHAHA

Terrible clinic, don’t even deserve 1 star.
Google said was open but when arrived it was closed.
If you need emergency medical please don’t come here.

Thankful to Dr. Karen and her team. Only clinic near me open so late on a Sunday. Handled my case very professionally and with good care.

24 hr meaning the clinic is open 24 hr. I drove there in hopes to get treatment for chest pain but the clinic is close at 1am. This is typical misleading. How about critical patients who needs treatment so badly ? There is no other clinic available 24 hr.
