fantastic, helpful staff. only thing that ruins it is the fools who don’t know how the store works
I am new to the building industry and have been using screwfix for a couple of months. I was recommended to go here as some items are cheaper, I went on Sunday and the staff was very pleasant. Set up a new account and Keith the manager couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Top marks from me
Helpful staff when I had an issue with a refund online that the customer service team on the phones couldn't be bothered dealing with, the guy in branch sorted it for me. And always seem friendly and to have good stock levels
I use toolstation for most of my materials now days, they beat most rivals on price and availability. Have to say this branch is my favourite closely followed by the Radcliffe branch. All staff friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work 👍.
