This is a great spot to camp and visit Meaford. We do this every year when merchanting at the Apple Harvest Festival as ITR Creations. The sites aren't huge or overly private but they have electricity and a nice firepit. It is well worth taking a walk along the beach and some of the hiking trails. Easy going staff and friendly seasonal campers too.

Always a nice quiet place to enjoy your time at the beach. Of course when I went it was a Fall day. but I went to see if I could find any beach glass. Pet a few dogs, and continue on my autumn drive of checking out the colourful leaves up north. This spot in the summer is way less crowded than many other beaches in the area. Highly recommended

We absolutely loved this park. Check in was so fast and easy. No outrageous noise during quiet hours. Lot sizes are very generous. Easy access to the beach for some stat gazing. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Meaford is such a nice little town.

Very nice park. Sites are quite small and crowded. The site we had was fully serviced, and a short walk to the beach.

Not impressed. Dogs are not allowed on the main beach at all, only on the short dog beach.....which I don't understand because my dog does not leave garbage anywhere as I noticed there was lots of garbage left there by humans....

...I have a dog, a small dog, and even for her the dog beach is not worth it....maybe 50 feet long and there was green fluffy algae in the water, no thanks.

I drive (and live in) a mini-bus and for a vehicle that size, there is no parking other than if I park it (which I did do) "parallel-style" but then I'm taking up three spaces.

The sites for RV's are, overpriced in my opinion, and SO close to one another...not for me...I like my space.

The beach is very very narrow (once you get passed the huge boulders)...the water was very calm and nice temp but with the green stuff floating in it, I wouldn't swim in it.

Best thing was the Kawartha ice cream I had ("one scoop" was like THREE scoops).

I will not be returning nor will I encourage my family/friends to.

I did deliver one of my Rv to a guest for a 7 nights rental. They have a wonderful site on the water. I will book this campsite for myself. I have been told I need to book a year in advance. Plenty of rooms and all utilities are on site. Beach, playground, and other amenities are available. My guest did enjoy themselves and will come back next year.
