Excellent building to live in. Friendly staff that is attentive to the tenants needs. The building and premises are well maintained and kept very clean. The building is also very secure. I highly recommend living here.
The apartments are large and have amazing floor plans. Very prewar with large formal rooms, beautiful decor, and lovely hardwood floors. The street and neighborhood are amazing as well. The builidng is prewar which means there is construction and constant updates needed. I think the management could do a better job of communicating and updating the apartments. I love our apartment though and just want some updates.
Fantastic location, well-managed and beautiful building, super nice staff and management. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a place to live for long years to come.
