Cafe Piazza Bar

There is no service in this place. Very aggressive staff with no sense of any respect to people. Was there with my wife. After staying there for a while, all of sudden the waiter with an anger on his face approached us told that we had to pay the bill. We said that we didn’t order the bill. He insisted that we pay the bill because we didn’t order as much to stay longer.. made my wife cry and almost shouting at her. I don’t recommend to go there unless you want to have a coffee and get insulated in the same time. There is a place called La Cantina, which is near by - highly recommend to go there instead.

Two waiter guys were extremely rude to us. We were seating, drinking coffee, relaxing and suddenly one of them came to us with the check and paying machine. We said we haven’t ordered a bill and we are still sitting. Then another one came and they were insisting that we should pay in a very impolite and demanding manner, moreover, he mentioned that we are sitting for two hours already (!). Persons who hate other people and have zero people skills should not be a waiters.

We had asked if we could have cappuccino to go. Since the waiter said yes but took forever to come to us as he was busy with his lady friend, we sat down. When he finally came over and we told him we are staying and that we just want cappuccino, he said he has no milk, which was very weird.

The waiter has zero value for other people's time nor any knowledge in hospitality.

Very good beer but to revise the hot chocolate.

Iced cafe is from lemonade machine, not the fresh one

LIVELY COSY PLACE TO REST AND ENJO Y INNSBRUCKS BEST COFFEE. SNACKS AND SWEETS ARE VER Y GOOD. A PLACE TO FLEE THE CROWDY PLACES N INNSRUCKS THERESIAN STRASSE. ABSOLUTELY RECMMENDABLE. GO ON LIKE THIS.
