The leasing office staff (shout out to Vasilije and Tony) are so friendly and made the application process the smoothest I have had! Absolutely love the apartment/building.
I truly cannot say enough good things about this listing team! We originally worked with Shakira to schedule our appointments, and she got us in a day early to tour the units we wanted to see. During the showing, Vasilije showed us several different beautiful units and we ended up signing paperwork on the spot. We found our dream apartment! Vasilije made the apartment search painless and fun for us. He was kind, informative, and interactive. If you are looking for an apartment in NYC, the Two Trees team is who you need to contact!!!

I feel like I completely lucked out finding this studio when I did - the entire Two Trees team has been nothing short of AMAZING though-out the entire process. I knew moving to New York for the first time would be slightly overwhelming, but they have been insanely responsive for all of my questions surrounding applying, moving in, tending to the unit itself. Everyone is so friendly - a neighbor even dropped off cupcakes on my first day here - WHAT! The location is incredible, and the apartment itself is the most spacious studio layout I've ever lived in. A literal 9 foot island in the kitchen makes it feel much more like a entertaining home than other studios I've lived in. And the views of the Manhattan Bridge are pretty surreal. Thank you Two Trees NY for the best experience!
