Called 2x waited 30 min each time. Disconnected on the 30 min interval. F.

6 days without power , booysens reserve so many businesses without power. Utterly useless

Terrible horrible service feom these folks.

Waiting without electricity for 3 days ref cpweb 4029917 no feed back due to the corrupted way of running citypower , they are taking our moneys every month with nothing in return

My father in law had an electrical problem in Highlands North since April 2023. Kept calling call centre. Getting new references. Every now and again someone would come but no one would fix it completely. Eventually, now in September 2023, I went to this office and I finally got someone higher up to answer my reference. BIG LESSON! if the call centre keeps promising and nothing happens go to the city power offices!!!
