Wonderful area to spend a morning, an afternoon, or evening in; after your time on the water, there are myriad options for food, drinks, and shopping. Highly recommend taking a ride on the ferris wheel during the evening and enjoying the skylines of Alexandria and DC.
We really enjoyed these moments, the restaurants, the outdoor movie theater, the water, the bike/walking trail and the history. The best !

Place with a giant swing and a big screen. Intresting in boating then u must go here. Beautiful area with a big candy store. Many cuisines and other restaurants for food.
The marina was not truly upscale. On our visit the pump-out didn't work, the diesel pump was broken, there wasn't any internet, and many dock boards were soft and in need of repair. However, the dock hands were awesome and very helpful. The heads were nice as well. The office was unmanned during our visits to the office.
We visited today to eat at Fogo De Chao.
