The Westin Washington National Harbor

Clean, comfortable and an easy walk to all restaurants/shops within the National Harbor. As expected in the DC area, parking expenses are to be considered. We had a great view of the harbor (wknd fireworks).

Over the years we’ve stayed at lots of Westin hotels. Some are better than others. This was a good one. Beautiful location with an amazing view. Upon arrival, the traffic in front of the building was a little crazy due to the holiday crowd. Valet parking is expensive but self parking is also an option. Our check in was flawless and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious And the Heavenly bedding didn’t disappoint. We’ll definitely be returning whenever we’re back in the area.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. Westins are my preferred hotels, and this one did not fail me. The hotel was great, and the National Harbor is incredible! But, I want to focus my comments on the phenomenal service at the hotel. It was great! I had a slight issue when I arrived (with a scheduled event and my arrival) and the front desk staff was phenomenal with their assistance. Ms. Jones (front desk) went above and beyond assisting me and Lewis was on his game, helping me figure out my parking situation. Due to their service I was able to make my event with no problem. Kiana was also gracious enough to help me figure out where I could satisfy my plant-based eating quirks. Thank you, Kiana, Ms. Jones and Lewis! I was a complete stranger to them all, but they made it feel like home. Thanks to their help, I will likely stay here every time I visit the DC area. Westin National Harbor GM - give them a raise!

Just a short drive from Andrews AFB. My flight arrived in the evening. I was able to a shuttle directly to the hotel. There are plenty of nice restaurants located within walking distance and shopping as well. By the time I got cleaned up, it was already past 9:00 PM. Most places were going to close at 10. So I decided to go to the bar/lounge on the lobby floor level. I was happy to be informed that the Westin kitchen was still open. I ordered a pint of Guinness, a appetizer of beer battered onion rings and a prime rib steak followed up by a chocolate cake for dessert. A great experience overall. My room was clean and as always I do like the rain shower head attachment in the shower. The bed was soft and very comfortable. The big pillows were heavenly. A pleasant stay. Also Starbucks is located on the corner.

Great location and it had one of the best views. Very friendly staff. They are very accommodating and make sure to provide you what you need to make you comfortable for your stay. It's worth it to valet your car as the parking is not as easy in that area. Their restaurant and the food is one of the best and very comfortable with very nice views. Enjoy while you can.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The bed is amazing and I could rave all day about the pillows and comforter. Shower is a waterfall head which gives a perfect and refreshing cleanse or a relaxing calm to a day of sightseeing. The harbor view is fun with a close view of the Ferris Wheel. Excellent stay.

It’s in a great location my and the room was clean and spacious. The valet is pretty much do it yourself though. When we pulled up the valet was sitting at his desk eating chips. I had to tell him I was there for valet. As he licked his fingers, he then took my keys and proceeded to check me in. That’s the worse valet experience I have had. Brunch was good downstairs and the front desk was good though
