Daisy Property Management

I currently live in a building being managed by Daisy. They refuse to fix the building’s hvac system, which has been a building wide issue and has been going on for months. Although they have received multiple notifications and requests from numerous residents to have the issue fixed before the winter months arrive, they have been unresponsive. It has been an extremely frustrating and inconvenient situation to be in. We were told Daisy had a great reputation, however they are not living up to this.

Daisy has been great from start to now. They uncovered unpaid bills, deferred maintenance and a super who was completely ignored by the previous agency. They've completed projects that were unfinished for years. Daisy is responsive, professional and highly competent. Robeel is our contact and he's been amazingly responsive and responsible. He responds at all hours of the day and night and has connected owners and residents to reliable and good value contractors.

Daisy is such a fantastic organisation. They help to promote community within buildings, which is a wonderful thing to see, especially in large cities like New York
Daisy hosts a number of events through the year, including free exercise classes for residents, to help residents connect and get to know each other. The new app definitely helps with allowing for a digital community board and sharing news.

I am on the condominium board of my building in Brooklyn but I'm also a property manger for twenty years. My time is precious and now I have more of it. We moved our building's management to Daisy this year and we could not be happier. Building management can be very complicated but this company has made it simple. Their team is highly cooperative and responsive. Details no longer get lost in communication. Their app is nothing short of revolutionary and it evolves to our needs. Daisy is saving us money, time and headaches daily. We, as a board communicate and cooperate better together now and with far less effort. The great results they are providing in just this short time will certainly eventually result in higher collective value of our individual units. Our residents are happy. We all sleep better. Daisy manages our building in Hell's Kitchen. It's a nice modern platform with help available at all hours remotely, plus in-person help and building management when needed. They organize fitness classes for our building and seasonal events. The daisy app is great for getting notifications of delivered packages

I don't normally leave reviews but Daisy bribed me to leave a positive review after my building cut ties with their management team so I felt it important to vocalize my experience. I left my first review a few months ago but it seems Daisy was able to get it successfully taken down by Google for vague reasons so here is my second try.

I'm really frustrated and disappointed by being scammed by Daisy and after reading these reviews, I am almost certain that a large percentage of them are paid or fake (based on my experience). If they're honest, I can almost guarantee that the buildings that had the positive experience had a personal connection with Daisy from the start, got preferential treatment and were primed to be references.

I want to be really clear that Daisy Management is a scam. I am the Treasurer of my building in East Williamsburg and we found Daisy last year after facing a set of issues that were larger than the experience level of any of the unit owners and board members. We found Daisy through a Google search (great SEO) and were lured by their polished online presence. We were swept off our feet with promises of seamless technology (their dashboard), positive references, and a 30-day opt out should the experience not match our expectations. I could write a whole novel about how none of those promises came true and overtime it became glaringly obvious that Daisy is not a real company at all but one of those companies that presents itself as one. Their design system, illustration pack, stock photos, Chat GPT promoted copy and presentation decks are truly enough to fool the average person. If you've fallen for the dupe, you are not alone. We are in a worst place as a building than we were when we started working with Daisy. I cannot stress staying away from them enough.

Working with Daisy’s management company was amazing Jessica,, Mario and Michelle great coordination, skills, customer service skills, very patient very polite always picking up the phone call always responding to emails even on the weekends when I needed to reach out to Jessica because I needed to have a few questions about the property and Michelle also going out her way and helping and Mario was a blessing always responding quickly Thank you from John’s Corals aquariums. After many years of dissatisfaction with our building management company, our Cooperative made the decision to switch to Daisy Property Management. Their level of oversight and quality of communication has been exemplary. Through the use of technology they have streamlined board and shareholder messaging, tending to any issues that manifest in real time efficiently to resolve. We are so pleased with our decision to switch to their services and finally have the attention to detail that we as a building have desired for so long.
