I lived in south Texas for many years. In 2015 I received a job offer within the US government in NYC. Mr. Luis showed us a large variety of apartments in a short amount of time. We finally reached a verbal agreement with Mr. Luis however the night before signing our lease we changed our minds and shortly after gave the news to Mr. Luis to which he reacted very polite and gave us other options. He finally found us the right apartment in Richmond Hills right across from Forest Park (awesome area). Five months later I received a selection letter containing my new duty station out of NYC. I was given a short notice to complete this task, so we needed some help again and desperately called Mr. Luis. Within two weeks he was able to find a qualified client who replaced me on the lease.
