Great property very clean

All of the beauty with none of the noise

Nice area ....

I lived here and its my favorite place so far, your close to everything and its just lovely.

This is the worst condo building I ever lived in. I seriously regretted that I purchased it.
The board was super irresponsible. Every year they propose a lot of projects, but nothing gets done. The ceiling next to front desk has a leaking, and it happens a few times every year!
The owners are badly divided. In 2020, there was a long and nasty email with owners cursing each other, and someone used fake accounts to throw curse words to everyone. Someone even mentioned some owner physically threatened another. It was so disgusting!
The board didn't do anything to resolve the tension in the building. Instead, they decided to increase HOA significantly during covid, and no improvement was made to the building. Specifically, in 2020, the HOA increased from $690 to $820 (close to 20% increase in a single year!). And then again, in 2021, the HOA increased to $850. Still, 0 improvement happened. More ironically, the HOA covers nothing. Owners cover their own utilities, internet and everything. Some owners asked for audit a few times, but nothing was actually done.
The building has a toxic cultural. The management company and building vendors keep changing, but all they do is to avoid responsibilities and charge more. They even required owners to have professionals check their home appliance every 6 months. Otherwise, they issue a penalty bill. All they do is to set up new rules to put more responsibilities on owners' shoulders. They even suggest a company for the appliance check, and it feels like the building management is collaborating with external vendors to make money from owners. And the board is in the middle to make it happen. How absurd that is!
Anyway, the value of the building keeps deteriorating. I took a loss to sell it because I can't deal with it anymore.
Stay away from this building!!!

Nice

In a word..
Stunning.
Stunning.

We live here. first of all the building is not safe. My bicycle was stolen in the fall of 2020, my wife's in July 2021. The garage door is open more often than not allowing unauthorized individuals entering the building. The fire alarm is going off at random times several times a month waking up residents. Our small children are traumatized and asking me and my wife about future alarm siren going off.
The manager Kimberley Bradley is very rude. The way of her demeanor is very condescending both in person and thru emails. We had several issues with her and the way she is representing the building and the Access Property Management is very poor. Not sure how she got and even has kept this position. It is not uncommon to hear her yelling at employees and residents. Extremely wrong person to be in charge and to be dealing with public. She doesn't seem to realize that she is at work, while residents are in their homes. Many residents can't wait for the day she is fired.
Sidewalk in the back of the building is full of geese's excrements making walk with the stroller feel like an obstacle course, not mentioning that we carry that on our shoes. Hallways are decently cleaned, however not perfect. Pool closed last year because of Covid-19 ( many other buildings pools were open ) This year pool is open weekends only ( I guess coronavirus is still acive weekdays ). Not happy with horrible manager and the PM company. The only star given is for maintenance and front desk staff who are always helpful despite stressful work conditions.
