It's a good restaurant.
Super nice staff.
The food is good quality.
The only thing to keep in mind, that if you order all you can eat ribs, the first rack is super nice, but following topping ribs are cooked differently and area bit dry.
Otherwise nice atmosphere.

I like to fair, so I returned for another try. Everybody has a bad day right? And it proved to be the case. This time, everything was superb. The ribs were juicy and irresistible, the beer was cold, the service was impeccable and friendly, and the atmosphere enticing. Highly recommended yet again! Keep up the good work guys!! You’ve shown us you can!!

This place is known for its spare ribs and unlimited ribs option. The ribs come with 3 options, 2 of them are on the sweeter side and the third one comes with a salsa. I personally am not a big fan of sweet sauces but it was okay.
Something that I read before visiting this place was that when you orde the unlimited ribs option, the first portion that you get is the best and it was true. The firs portion of ribs was nice and tender but the rest were really dry and Small.
They charge the wine by centimeter, they place the bottle on the table and then charge by the centimetres you drank. (A bit weird and unique at the same time)
Service was fast and the staff was polite and friendly. Reservation is definitely recommended.

This isn't the best option for vegetarians or vegans as it's very meat orientated- a waiter goes around offering all you can eat spare ribs during the night. There's plenty of meaty and fishy options but in terms of vegetarian main courses, there was only one-the quiche. There's no vegan options as far as I could see.

The place is pet friendly so your dog would be welcome there if you have one.

The service was really really great. We had a warm welcome. Fast service and they kept asking if I need more ribs or potatoes.
My initial slab of ribs was hard but the refills are fine. This they have to take note of though.

I often come to this restaurant which remains, in my opinion, one of the best places in Brussels. Believe me.
LOCATION. The real Belgian atmosphere, not artificial, not touristy: u feel in "Belgium". The hall is rustic and elegant with interiors that make one feel the sensation of being a guest at home. "Mozart" wine on the table ;-).
SERVICE.
Impeccable: kindness, professionalism, taking care of the customer. And dogs allowed!
FOOD.
Mozart is the best place to eat ribs: the formula is ALL U CAN EAT for around 21 euros. The Mozart-style Ribs version is delicious
