Great service! Service was superb, very attentive, and friendly above average overall. The food was fresh and quantity also good. Fair price compared to other restaurants in the area (Bruxelles, Belgium). Great food in an exquisite restaurant. I highly suggest this restaurant.

lovely ambiance and very friendly staff. they specialise in traditional belgian food but overall, the dishes were a hit or miss.
the standouts were the carbonnade a la flamande, moules and waffle. the beef was tender and the sauce it was cooked in was deliciously sweet. the garlic cream sauce the mussels were cooked in was also addictive and we even ordered extra bread just to soak it all up. the waffle was freshly made and came with ice cream, whipped cream and hot chocolate sauce -definitely one of the best waffles i had in belgium! the fish soup had a very fragrant and fresh fish flavour, but i think adding some actual fish meat would've made it even better.
unfortunately, the fries were a big let down as they did not taste fresh at all - i assume they were recooked/reheated bc they were overcooked and very dry. we were also disappointed by the prawns and snails bc they were not only a small portion but also small in themselves despite being amongst the most expensive dishes. the taste, however, was good. the vol-au-vent was also not great, as it was bland and there was barely any pastry.
overall, i recommend trying this spot but only for certain dishes. luckily we booked via. the fork so it was 50% off. if not for this offer, i wouldn't have been happy paying full price.

Pricy but good quality food. It would have been €140 if no 50% off on food.
We came across this restaurant when walking around Brussels, and since we were looking for authentic Belgian food, we looked into making a reservation. I am so glad that we did, because it was an incredible meal with even better service. We were greeted by friendly staff, and the chicken vol-au-vent was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal, especially for traditional Belgian dishes!
