Gotcha Fresh Tea Eastern Creek

I've ordered here a few times, and although the drinks are nice, the service is not. The first time I was there, the lady seemed almost irritated that she had to take my order, and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't do my drink with soy (fair enough), but they also didn't have an ingredient for a drink I wanted, it wasn't even so much the fact that they couldn't do the drinks, it was the fact that the lady serving me was so dismissive. I would say it was a one off, but judging from reviews it doesn't look like it, and I've been told by others that customer service at Gotcha ECQ is abysmal. If there was another bubble drink place in ECQ, I would not go there.

The lady working here makes up stories such as card is is not working and every time i order taro it is out of stock. I don't understand what her problem is. But she is intentionally making up stories so she doesn't have to work it seems. I hope the owner gets rid of her.

I ordered black sugar milk tea and it taste different and off.. I went straight and complain and the owner did not acknowledge my complain and insisted it is what i ordered. i gave the entire drink back to her. i will never buy or return at this store ever again.

Love gotcha in Parra so thought I'd give this one a try. The flavours are great however the customer service is really poor, also they are really odd with the sizes ( only do some drinks in certain sizes), I saw a mum wanting to order 3 drinks but had to walk away as there were too many limitations when she was trying to order and the girl wasn't very friendly. For what you pay the service should match

Came here this afternoon. 1Star rating is disappointing because my husband and I really love Gotcha in Pinelands (BNE) My son too!

The Taro was not up to par and neither was the Thai Milk Tea.. They tasted completely different from our usual order in BNE.

I think if you’re going to extend and open up branches around the country, you have to give out the same recipe and make sure your workers follow it down to a TEA.

Tried the signature ice tea and yes I was impressed! Real fruit inside and a lid which you can open and close, always a plus

Just got out delivery from Gotcha Fresh Tea Eastern Creek. The Gotcha Signature Fruit Tea is my new favorite! It has a passion fruit base with loads of real seasonal fruit packed inside. The grape is also delicious. My only criticism would be that the teas are a bit sweet for me. The Uber Eats app only lets you choose 75 or 100 percent sugar when I usually get no sugar. Otherwise fantastic drinks. We will be ordering here again.
