Never ever travel in this travels. I took bus from butterworth to klia2. Bus came to Kamunting and stopped. Driver told me another bus will come, go in that bus. I waited more than 30mins at bus terminal and I’m clueless which bus will go Klia ( driver went away). I asked lady at counter when bus to klia2 will arrive she said wait it will come. Then I waited for some more time and then bus came. I suggest not to go by this bus if your arrival time and flight time is close.
DO NOT BOOK! It is not worth risking your life to save a bit of money - buy a plane ticket! Our driver fell asleep when going from Singapore to Penang and if my boyfriend wasn’t awake to wake him up, I don’t know what would have happened.

Staffs from counter says bus will go direct to destination. But the trip is controlled by the bus driver. They make a few stops and make big re-route for many hours.
Boarded the bus at 9am, reach the destination on the next day at 4am.

Really bad experian with this transport company. From Klia until Penang sentral took me about 10 hours to reach. If you are rushing please don't take this company. If you are free just ignore me.

I got their cancel immediately after I booked online. Even though they promised a refund over the phone, but they didn't respond to the inquiry and not refund.

Bad company with poor service. I booked a bus ticket from KLIA airport to Penang 1 week before my trip. It was then cancelled all of a sudden without further notice. I only acknowledged this cancellation when I reached the bus ticket counter. WTH they should have at least sent me an email regarding the trip cancellation a few days before the trip!!!
After the trip cancellation, I enquired them regarding a refund. It makes all sense to do this as the bus didn't even operate. However, they only allowed a reschedule of my bus ticket which I might not be travelling in the same route within one year.
