The staff here are amazing. We had difficulty reserving seats online, on trains we wanted to travel on with our interrail passes, so decided to ask at the ticket office. We did this twice on two different days. The first time we were served by Stefano and the second day by Ana Kristina. Both of them were awesome and despite also encountering difficulties trying to sort it out, neither of them gave up and both times we ended up with the reservations that we needed. If it hadn’t been for them, we would not have been able to travel. A huge thank you to both of them for their tenacity, patience and kindness. What amazing people. 😊

Ana Kristina was absolutely amazing with helping my friends and I book our reservations for trains we urgently needed seats on. We'd tried everything online but nothing worked, however Ana Kristina saved the day and get everything sorted for us. The service was excellent: impeccable manners, kind and friendly and resilience through the difficulties of making bookings on the Trenitalia network. Thank you so much, can't tell you how much we appreciated your help.

We received the most kind and helpful service I have ever experienced. As tourists struggling to purchase correct tickets with our Interrail passes online, for the very busy Easter weekend, Steffano took the time to get us the tickets we needed. It was not easy at all, but he persevered and as a result, we are very happy customers indeed. This was the best customer service ever.

Abbiamo ricevuto il servizio più gentile e disponibile che abbia mai visto. Mentre i turisti lottano per acquistare online i biglietti corretti con i nostri pass Interrail, per l'intenso fine settimana di Pasqua, Steffano si è preso il tempo per procurarci i biglietti di cui avevamo bisogno. Non è stato affatto facile, ma ha perseverato e, di conseguenza, siamo davvero clienti molto felici. Questo è stato il miglior servizio clienti di sempre.

The desk staff sold me two tickets from Milan to Como, just tell me the amont was 12euro. After we checked the tickets and bill at the hotel,we found each ticket 4.80euro and service fee 2euro. It means the staff unhonest and took the 40cents home... Its pity he was so poor to take the small money as his own and it's a shame for Italian.

One bunch of theifs. I bought a ticket from Milano to Firenze. It cost 30 euro. Then I go and check for fun in a tranitalia vending machine. Then it cost 20 euro. And it's the exact same ticket. They took 10 euro from me for not saying that if I walked 50m I could buy the same tickets for less.
