It was good. I liked the hair Color.

Relaxed atmosphere and nice staff, they even have a student discount.
I got what I asked for and was satisfied with my new haircut.

Efficient and friendly, the staff knows what they are doing. This is my favourite hair dresser.

My 4 year old had his hair cut there. First, the cut itself was not good. The lady did not attempt at all to communicate with him and it felt like she was trying to get rid of the work ASAP. Increased significantly the prices after reopening in May. I will not come back.

The first time we were there everything was fine. Kids were offered some entertainment (books, magazines, tablet, drinks, etc.) to make the whole experience go smoothly. Unfortunately, this time, there's little good to say. The cut was ok, but everything else at a very low level. Everyone knows that children (especially toddlers) can be demanding clients but no effort to make it easier for them was made. The ladies didn't attempt to make any conversation with them, nor did they offer any type of entertainment/distraction. Although other clients were sipping on their drinks, my kids weren't offered anything. In addition, I noticed (unfortunately in the middle of the cutting process) that the trolley of one of the hairdressers was really dirty, full of dust and hair of other clients, one brush also visibly had hair that didn't belong to my daughter. My two year old son wasn't covered properly which left him in agony crying because of tickling hair all over his body. On top of all of that, the lady miscalculated how much I should pay by 20€ (using a calculator!!!). All in all, I had a feeling they just wanted to get rid of us. I definitely do NOT recommend and I'll never go there again.

The hair salon viani's in Heidelberg is one of the best in the city.
It is very clean which is very important for me as a client.
The staff/girls are always helpful and smily!
