Good society, bit unhygienic near by area but that much you expect from mumbai, good locality mostly Marvadis and Gujaratis arround and many of them are maharashtrian. Liked the are

The entrance lobby might be better than the others in the vicinity, but the rest of the construction is already tumbling down and starting to fall apart. The terrace is also closed which leaves no space for the children or the aged to chill or play since there is no club house, play area or any amenities here.

Normal resistance building, no proper parking, even tough for fire brigade or ambulance 🚑 to reach.mainly marwadi Jain community . 2 lifts always busy.

Rent in this bldg is unnecessary very high. They don't even have two wheeler parking inside. Only jain crowd has hyped this bldg rent. Rest overall ok ..

This builder is one of the worst that you will come across. Extremely arrogant and irresponsible. We bought a house in this building because of his false promises. There is no OC, no BMC water. The builder expects everyone to use boring well water for drinking. There is a perpetual water shortage with water coming only for 2 hours in 24 hours. The construction is horrible - the whole main plumbing pipe collapsed with water flowing out of the main overhead tank like a river and the builder - Raju Jain - commented "maine theka nahi leke rakha hai building ka". If you value your money absolutely donot invest here. This builder has already been jailed once because a girl died when a part of his building collapsed on her.

Horrible construction , horrible builder. Absolutely arrogant. Everything in the building is collapsing within two years of construction. The builder doesnt care about lives - a girl died because of one of these collapses. PLEASE DONOT BUY WITH THIS BUILDER
