Prime location in Prabhadevi with close proximity to Shree Siddhivinayak Mandir.
Been a redevelopment project it has two wings and the newer one is pretty good. However the approach from the road could have been made more presentable.

Very old Housing Society, opp. Chembur Police Station. Has 3 & 4 BHK flats, mostly occupied by Sindhis.
Nice society albeit old and up for redevelopment one guesses.
Pathetic and Terrible. I am stuck here unfortunately. Most people are not animal friendly plus this society turns into a pool during monsoons. Do not waste your money here
Please do not come here. People aren't animal friendly and also water fills up in rainy season and random power cuts happen here. I am stuck here you guys don't come

Basant Park is a old society in Chembur East with ground plus to building structure they have a central park in between the society it's a residential place which needs to get redeveloped Basant Park Police Station is a measured landmark which is underneath monorail station which can be used by visitors as a landmark you have transportation service just next to it
