Starbucks Tomas Morato

One of the SB Reserve branches. Tried one of their specialty beans - Vietnam. It was bold and has bitter aftertaste. Would rate it 7/10

Spacious 2nd floor - a lot of al fresco tables. Comfort room not so clean, limited parking.

While the staff was courteous, this isnt the branch I would enjoy in peace

This is the first starbucks branch where I have seen that the restroom is very dirty! Just look at the sample photos. It seems like the restroom was not cleaned for an entire day. Seems like the urine was on the flooe on the mens toilet. Tissues were not provided at all which is very unusual for Starbucks. I hope this review will get the attention of the branch so they can do something about it. I raised this to the personnel who's serving the drinks at that time but I'm not sure if they did something about it right on the spot cause the place is busy with customers. I visited the place at the same date and time I posted this review. I would not recommend this Starbucks branch to others because of this experience and will not probably come back again.

I would like to point out that you should not go here at the weekend. We went there on Saturday night and we can say that the floor has not been properly mopped and we can see traces of dirt and food. We also don't like the noise as there are many people who are chitchating there.

I would like to call on management to better maintain their cleanliness and ambiance. They must know as they are a Reserve establishment.

The usual Starbucks standard for food, beverage and service. Except that the staff could use extra training on charging items and knowing their promotions. They couldn't get the Cup Discount to work and decided that it was because I ordered a Short* beverage and suggested* that I order a Tall* one. I almost always have my Starbucks tumbler with me and order Short quite often, and I've been to several different Starbucks stores so I knew they were wrong. Fortunately they decided to try the other machine. They got the Cup Discount to work on that one.

The ambiance is good and the place is big. There’s an alfresco area in the second flr. The food and drinks is you starbucks typical chain. The Banoffee pie is to die for :)

Good coffee and kind staff. Flatbread was okay, mej less tasty compared to other branches I've tried. Restroom was filthy though, walang nagmmaintain and trash just piled up, very maamoy.
