Amazing stores to shop inside during the morning time... but the area itself is dangerous and full of scummy people and especially prone to shoplifters. You'll find these shoplifters taking public transportation with their stolen goods right outside the mall entrance too. Sometimes they'll even threaten you if you make them feel uncomfortable in any shape or way! The mall security and loss prevention within each establishment need to do more for the safety of the customers, however, don't expect much from them in times of crisis as it's only getting increasingly dangerous in Bay Plaza.
