Small baking school on the 2nd floor of the building, reached by climbing super steep stairs. The first floor is a small eatery, the ground floor is the Kee Wah shop. Toilets are located on the first floor of another building, not wheelchair accessible.
Booked two baking lessons via their website. Do note classes can be cancelled if there are less than 4 participants, on which you get a full refund, or transfer the credit to another class. I signed up for the Bridal Cakes and the Egg/coconut tarts classes.
Classes are conducted entirely in Cantonese, which I mostly understood. Recipes (in Chinese) are provided. The instructor was friendly and engaging. Clean and well-maintained kitchen equipment. No cleaning up required! At the end of the lessons, they provide cardboard containers for the baked goods.
Highly recommend Kee Wah studio if you want a fun activity for the afternoon!

設備完善，環境空間好，很合適親子廚藝班。
與兒子參加了角落生物月餅班 $690, 共上了3個小時，有一個師傅和3個助理照顧所有學員，時間安排亦好。
樓下2樓是奇華飲茶的地方，好似見到有西米布甸，吸引。
地下是奇華零售店。
地點算方便。

及老婆餅 味道：新鮮焗好味，甜度適中，放左一陣品質還在。

- 沒有入去食過，以灣仔的價錢算合理
2樓：奇華工作坊
- join Sanrio草莓及香橙乳酪奶黃月餅班
- 環境富有舊有裝修，有特色。
門口還有今次主題sanrio系列公仔(for參加者拍攝)
- 設有露台(給您稍作休息) 及提供茶葉享用
- 茶有三種享用: 陳年普洱, 茉莉香片及安溪鐵觀音
- 最好飲：茉莉香片
- 課程開始會有阿sir及助理協助檢查材料是否齊全
阿sir一路教一路做，到我們時又會過來一齊睇下有否做錯， 好細心解說每個步驟。
