Probably a good place. I went to my first qigong class last Saturday. Since it was my first time I called ahead and asked if its ok for a beginner to come. They welcomed me. On Saturday I showed up, payed for a class, class started and I left in few minutes, because I did not know what I am doing there. As far as I know Qigong is not just a fitness class, and I expected some help and instruction what to do beside of moving my hands. After I left, nobody called me to ask, why I left, how can they help. I was not offered anything but disappointment and neglect.

A Living Arts Centre offers so many great wellness, dance, movement, holistic classes and private sessions! I love taking tai chi classes with Maedee Dupres. She is also an incredible cranial sacral practitioner and Alexander Technique teacher. Highly recommend!
