East Side Mario's

Let me first start off by saying the staff was very friendly but the silverware that they gave me was dirty with dried on food I showed the waitress and she replaced it so that issue was dealt with quickly which was great then they gave me a caesar salad and I found a hair in my Caesar salad again they replaced it with another Caesar salad then i had Linguine chicken Tetrazzini it was $22.49 and I was extremely disappointed in the amount of chicken that they provided me with. It was five small pieces I don't even think it was half of a chicken breast. I asked the waitress why there was so little chicken and she responded that is the portion size for the meal I got the manager to come out and speak with me and she told me that it was the portion that came with the meal I told her that this would not even feed a small child and chicken is part of the name of the dish. She said I'll see what I can do and went in the back five minutes later she came out with more chicken. In the picture that I provided you can clearly see five small pieces on the left side of the plate. There's no way that is a portion size for an adult. I am never going back there again.

Apparently this East Side Mario's is run by the corporate entity.....and the staff is quick to blame the corporation for not investing in this location.

Wait times are Long.
Food is occasionally not prepared properly (if it even gets to your table - 2 previous visits by my family prove that 'sometimes' they forget to put the order into the kitchen).
I had previously not rated this location because I prefer not to leave bad reviews based on 1-2 experiences only.

"Short Staffed" is a regular excuse at this location.

Please, Please try the Eastside Mario's on Rodeo Dr. in Mississauga - they will actually bust their but to earn your buck!

We had Lorraine as our server. Such amazing service. She’s got such good skills…. It’s been so long since I had such a great experience with a server. She was able to anticipate all of our questions. She was so pleasant and I felt like she really loved her job. She’s so good with people. Loved the food! Loved the experience!

First time here, it was on a Monday and very few people, service was friendly and food came out very fast, i ordered the Canadian calzone, chicken club wrap, and Grilled Chicken Milano. Everyone enjoyed there meal, and the calzone was very filling.
Ended the night with a mini tiramisu and peanut butter stack for dessert, again both very good, the stack should be shared though it’s quite rich.

A warm welcoming atmosphere for a quick dinner. We were well received by Liz and Lorraine, our server. They service was excellent. They attended to our dietary needs so well, explained the menu. The service was quick and the staff were extremely friendly.

Went here with a party of 5 adults for lunch. We all ordered entrees with the exception of my mom and she ordered from the lunch menu. The entrees include all you can eat salad and soup. The entrees were decent size and we were all full, and had extras to take home. The salads, which are either garden or ceasar came in huge bowls as were the soups, which are either tomato or Italian wedding. Overall, I felt the prices were good as the entrees included the all you can eat sides. Our waiter was on point, she checked on us and asked if we needed anything often. Place was clean as was the bathroom.

Love the food! Our server Ben was fantastic, above excellent! Very fast service and a great atmosphere. Definitely would recommend this place!

Excellent location for families. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our server Kathy was went above and beyond especially with our 3 year old. Food is very tasty, prices are excellent and portions are huge. Definitely a favorite location for us.
