Very disappointing experience. We went with our two kids as a special treat for them. The server was slow and didn’t stand by her word. She said she’d be back in a minute and she didn’t come back for 15+ minutes. Food was incredibly slow coming out from the kitchen. We waited over an hour. Another table who was seated after us, had their food, ate and left, prior to us even receiving our meal. My husband and I had to get our food to go as our kids needed to go and get ready for bed. The manager knew something was wrong yet didn’t rectify the situation. I had to request that the women’s washroom be cleaned. They were completely unaware and all of the stalls were disgusting with dirty seats etc. They have some serious improvements to make.

I had late lunch at East Side - Dundas/Argyle branch few minutes ago. The server is nice, but the mug that was used for my hot water has lipstick on it. Looks like it's not totally washed, really disappointed. Cleanliness should always be the top priority for any restaurant.

Went to the London, ON Dundas/argyle location last night. The service from our waitress was good but the hostess was not very welcoming or polite.
From the moment I sat down it felt dirty… the menus were covered with grime, the side of the booth were covered in splatters… then as I almost finished my drink I saw that my cup was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! I am not interested in returning 🤢 the waitress was apologetic and I didn’t have to pay for my pop but I honestly was so disgusted

Husband meal cold and pasta not cooked. I have a new item and it was spinach dip not good at all.
Moms meal was the only one that was enjoyed. Price are high for quality of food. Staff slow we went on a Tuesday night around 4:30 restaurant not busy but our waitress was looking after a table of young men, see was more interested in what was happening with them.

Been the customer to this restaurant for 10 years … I’ve also been a server for three years. Came for dinner around 530 with a friend. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. I come here all the time and I’ve never had a bad experience but today was really really bad. I ordered the tomato soup it’s supposed to be a purée, but it came very watery. I asked the sever what was wrong with it and he said the cook added too much water. I then ordered a Caesar salad and Italian wedding soup when the server brought my food, he did not bring me cutlery or napkins I had to search for someone to ask for those things. By the time I sat down to eat, my soup was cold, and towards the end, I found the hair in my soup. As all of this was happening, the server failed to refill my bowl of soup as well as bring me a new fresh bread as I had asked multiple times for those things. I asked to speak to the manager who didn’t seem to care , me and my friend ordered dessert through the manager, and they still brought us the wrong items. The desert took 20 minutes to come to us my friend order 2 plain cheesecakes, and I ordered the dessert trio. The server brought us one Tara masseuse each, and told us that the manager had asked him to order that for us, as if that’s what we had ordered… Not to mention my dessert was frozen. No compensation whatsoever or apologies, were made very disappointed with this restaurant will not be returning.

I am usually a huge lover of this chain. However, this particular location seems to have problems every time. It had been about 7 years since I had been to this location. Other locations have been within months and have been great. This particular trip our waitress was basically non existent. She took our order and disappeared. Kitchen staff brought our meal which was fine of course. But we were without Condiments, our drinks were empty because of the long wait and the bread had not been replaced (we paid for all you can eat bread) I finally got up and asked the people at the counter for Condiments for my children's meals. And was patient for the rest. I finished my meal and had my empty dishes aside, and we were ready to go before we saw our waitress again. When she came she took our dishes and went for our bill. I pointed out the rotten lettuce in my salad and suggested she show the kitchen staff. No apology, no nothing. She said ok and walked away. Another staff member came for payment. It will be my last time going to that location.

I ordered the Grilled chicken sammy. No care was put into this whatsoever. And when I spend $20 on a chicken Sandwich, I expect a decent tomato slice. And what I got was a mushed up end piece. I hate getting a tomatoe end. Arugula was soggy also. Extremely dissapointing. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon so it wasn't even busy.

Ok first off if it was based on my server I would be leaving a 5 star review. I ordered Roasted Garlic Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. I had to look for the chicken literally. If I had to guess maybe 1/4 of a chicken breast. Pasta and sauce I would give 5 out 5 as well. So thank you to my server you were excellent.
