so much disappointment… foods were discusting tasted… we ‘asians’ dont make such awful dishes especially ramen is not the type that anyone can do… LOL 🤮🥲

Don't be fooled.
Great location conveniently located between central Frankfurt and its 'old city'.

The spacious with various seating options and working spaces with charging spots.

Can't comment on the food as we did not try.
Drink menu was ok, prices reasonable for Frankfurt.
Ordered a black milk tea with boba and ended up getting a cup with milk, ice and boba, bland and tasteless.
Utterly disappointed, one of the worst ones I have had in Germany.
The lady didn't speak a word of English, nor does she seem to speak German.

This place does not seem to care, as it does not need repeating customers as tourists flock in regardless due to the good location.

Tourists and locals beware!

Entered the cafe, asked if they had fresh orange juice. The lady made such a weird face with such demeaning attitude. I mean just politely say: sorry we don't have that. No need to be condescending. So we left. And whenever I pass by this cafe it's always empty even at such busy times, ofcourse it will be empty with that attitude.

I ordered matcha latte 🍵 and summer rolls, I liked it very much. I was only person in the evening, happy with the service and all, thank you.

I’m very disappointed by the food offered. The fact that when we entered into the restaurant there was nobody should be a warning to us. We ordered the Thai chicken rice as stated in the picture, the real food has nothing to do with it. No Thai jasmine rice, rough chicken breasts instead of the chicken with skins, not to mention the sides. The ramen that I ordered was like instant noodles. They used all the same ingredients for our three dishes, including Thai chicken rice, pho and ramen - by using raw sliced cucumber, carrots and lettuce. We are not looking for salads 😑😑. The shop next to it has the exact salad noodles looking like the food there but are charged €2.5. The chicken and beef tasted very bad. The pictures I took can tell you everything. Also the strawberry bubble tea is like a strawberry syrup soda. No bubbles at all. Nothing to do with bubble tea. Total trap not to exaggerate. The only good thing is that they had a good wifi for chilling. The service was so so.

The food and coffee were good.
We asked for tap water specially and they served us bottled water without asking/telling and charged €3.5 per glass (4x). When I confronted them, they said it is what it is. I got ripped by paying €14 for 4 glasses. Horrible customer experience!

I understand that restaurants usually do not serve tap water in Germany, but this was not clarified by the staff.

If you would like to get instant noodles sold as a ramen for 11EUR or get a bowl consisting literally only of rice and peanut powder topper for another 13EUR, you will enjoy the place. To me, the place is simply a tourist ripoff, where a customer is not expected to ever return. And btw, complaints are useless, the response would be "oh, we are very sorry, but no one of us can decide anything here".
