Birkenhead County Court

One of the thing's I love about this country is that it has a fair & just judicial system⚖️(the envy of many other countries around the 🌍).
Where you do get to have your day in court to be heard & judged fairly, without malice or prejudice 🧑🏼‍⚖️.
And so after being served with numerous section 21 (no fault eviction)orders by a spurious landlord who had bought the property that I had lived in for the last two decades, I was glad that County Court in Birkenhead existed.And thus prevented me from being made homeless prematurely despite the best efforts of my new phoney landlord.

I must also thank the staff behind the scenes at the Courthouse. Namely Nicky without who's help I would have found myself homeless at Xmas last year.
And both Dave & Kerry who have always been really polite & friendly, while being really helpful over the course of this last (highly stressful) year... thank-you.

Staff haven't got a clue what they are talking about after being redirected twice. I'd give 0 stars if I could

Contacted them for advice, the person who took the call was incapable of offering advice so put the phone down on me. I have raised an official complaint.

Extremely helpful staff. Talked me through why I haven't had notification and helped me find who owned my file. gentleman I spoke to was compassionate and understanding and eased my anxiety about the situation.

If you're going to small claims court I have to say my experience was really positive. Everyone was able to get their point across and the judge was considered, calm and fair. It's initially quite scary if you've been asked to appear but they handle everything with fairness.

Only way too get your point across is to talk from a rooftop.
