I have dealt with Indigo for 2 years, being the General Manager of Fitlov APP one of their tenants, mostly for the rental of parking units which we have rented four of them...honestly not a trustworthy company. They are charging us a penalty of AED 500 (yes, USD 136 for a card that cost 0.5 USD) when we returned one parking card claiming the parking card is damage, and the parking card is totally fine is slightly bended because they used the cheapest plastic possible on this card. Furthermore the management are stubborn and just trying to get some commission for anything (like this card example), unable to apply any common sense to the issue (what do you think we did with the parking card other than using it to open the gate?). Also from time to time they decide to send some threats over email such as "we are deactivating your card if payment is not done today", its weird because instead of informing or asking in a neutral way whats the status of something, suddenly they change the tone to threats when its completely unnecessary. Throughout this time i requested several times to please talk to the general manager and this was kindly ignored by the administrator.

I would give zero stars if I could- please avoid.
