Visiting any of the clusters in JLC is a nightmare primarily because of limited parking spaces. I have often ended up circling the tiny car park like a vulture waiting for a slot to open up.
I was go on that plce it's good place and there is lot of parking
The building design planner does not have a good plan, the parking place for 500 occupancy is less than 50, which is 10%, how business will develop if there is no alternative means, do something, use temporary resident parking for less than 1-2 hours stop and use vallet system.
I've been residing here for about half year and I really enjoy living there. It's very close to the DMCC station so I don't need to spend too much time walking under the unbearable sunlight. Cluster D and E are also great options for residence as well if you want to live close to the metro station.

JLT has clusters starting from A to Z, most of the offices in JLT are free zone companies. Cluster C has good restaurants Indian and European. Its bit expensive then the other part of dubai.
everything you need is there. supermarket, salon, cafe, restaurant, laundry, clinic, and a friendly neighborhood too. a nearby metro station can be seen in the photos.
Great location to live in. Right next to JLT Station. Theres a lot of surrounding restaurants and cafes and has direct access to the lovely Jumeira Lakes walkway. Cross the bridge and youre a tram stop or two from marina or JBR. You can even walk and enjoy the nice coastal city views.
