They removed tenants’ personal belongings on the parking lot in the garbage- New expensive camping chairs were thrown away. Moreover, the manager was so rude in his response and didn’t try to mitigate the pain, he said that I don’t care!

Amazing location and great building amenities however, the building has poor maintenance and the false alarm goes on countless times especially in the morning, the security can't even explain why it happens which is even more frustrating. Btw, there's also a mosque on the opposite road so, it can be very loud in the morning and what more during Ramadan season.

All units have balconies and central gas is optional. 1 parking space per unit, not chiller free but it also doesn't cost a lot. Down the building, there's a men's salon, flower shop, small grocery store, cake shop, indian restaurant, warehouse shop and meat shop.

Poor maintenance , false fire alarm most of time specially late time while sleeping

False fire alarms go off every now and then and security has no idea how to turn off, it’s a nightmare. At the time of writing this review the alarm is still going off for the past 15mins at 1AM in the night and the residents are furious. NOT RECOMMENDED.
