Great place to see the Downtown Staten Island Ducks and harbor views at the East side of Canal Street and Front Street. The Canal Street canal empties in to New York Harbor there. That stirs up the food for the ducks that like the location. At it's south east end are the Canal Street Waterfront Observation deck benches, Staten Island, NY 10304
