Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not one smile from any staff member. When I let them know they napkins were empty the one person actually made a loud sigh and gave me a handful of napkins as if it was unreasonable to want napkins.

The worst Chipotle around, especially if you're ordering on Door Dash. This location always forgets items, gives people empty fountain drink cups when they order drinks, never gives napkins or utensils, they package the food poorly (queso spilled everywhere in the bag on a previous order of mine) and today there was meat in my meatless burrito bowl. I'm a vegetarian and haven't had meat in 13 years, as soon as I noticed I spit it out but the damage was done. I was feeling nauseated pretty quickly after that. So reckless and careless. People are paying for this food and the orders aren't correct and that's incredibly messed up. The amount of 1 star reviews on Door Dash alone is a huge red flag. Avoid this location!!!

I'm staying in hotel for work and I've tried two different locations in the last week. The first order had 5 pieces of chicken in my pastor bowl, tonight 4/16/23 my chicken bowl tasted like the bottom of a burned metal pan, the chips had no seasoning just straight tortillas, no salt, nothing... please do better yall.

Great vegan food my daughter loves. She says their tacos taste like regular meat tacos since their fake meat is so good and they add plenty of other stuff to her tacos. Very nice place

After we got our food, discovered they have no forks to eat our messy salads with. I asked how can we eat without forks and they said, "I have no idea" and walked away from me. Great customer service Chipotle.🙄

If you're looking for a Chipotle restaurant with generous food portions and easy online ordering, you'll want to check out the location in Marlton. Every time I've ordered online for pickup, the food has been ready on time and the portions have been filling and satisfying.

The ingredients are always fresh and flavorful, and they have plenty of options for meat lovers as well. Even when I'm ordering online, the food quality has never suffered.

This Chipotle location stands out for its consistently good food and efficient online ordering process. While I haven't interacted with the staff extensively, they've always been friendly when I've picked up my orders. If you're in the area and looking for a great place to grab a quick and delicious bite to eat, this is the place to go.

This place is an absolute disaster. 4 people "working" yet only 1 person helping customers. My pick up order was supposed to be ready by 12:45 yet 25 minutes past that time and the order hasn't even been started! There are also currently 15 people in line waiting to be served. This location needs to fire everyone, or at least the managers because they are giving a bad name to a usually good company.
