Poliklinik Bagan 24 Jam

This used to be one of the best clinics in town. The previous Indian Male Doctor during office hour was caring and professional and he was the reason I kept returning to this clinic for years even recommend to my family.

The two new doctors are so unprofessional. The Indian Woman Doctor likes to chit chat with staff and the other Indian Man Doctor just keeps rambling and complaining about the patients and never let the patient speaks. He did not perform any check or ask any specific question about my problem and told me he would give me medicine after finished his rambling and complaining. Utterly unprofessional as a medical practitioner. Will stop visiting this clinic from now on.

Very unprofessional front desk staffs full of laughter and joy (noisy) even when patients around. Doctor name displayed in the monitor is different from the one in the consultation room. Basic temperature checking also didn't take place in the event of symptoms. Waiting hour's is way TOO LONG to dispense medication even there's no patients waiting. Please improve. Tq.

I personally experience that the front counter staff of this clinic are very unprofessional, and they will lie to cover up their unworkable attitude。Moreover, I personally feel that their clinic charges are very expensive for writing reports, and the report charges are even higher than those of private hospitals.

Doctor is good here, concern about the patient.

Very frustated with attitude of doctor in charge. We were the only patient there and we have to wait for long fr doctor to call us. But the doctor can tell the staff , ask us to wait and she was casually having conversation on phone. What an irrresponsible doctor she is!!!!!!!!! You have a patient in pain waiting for your medical assistance yet we are not attended and hear the dr in phone talking and laughing.Please be responsible!!!

Very frustrated. I was very sick and went in at 7.20 am. The nurse inform its cleaning time doctor not available only at 8am. So this not exactly 24 hours clinic then, perhaps should change to 23 hours clinic. I came all the way from perai to come here.
