Excellent food - after a long time, we had authentic Indian food. The weekend buffet is $18.99 per person; however, everything was delicious. There were plenty of veggie options. And they even had a dosa counter; which we throughly enjoyed!

I’m only docking a star because there seemed to be more chicken and goat items compared to seafood. And also because there was a delay in the individual grabbing our plates from the table.

Overall, will return for the food.

My favorite spot! Indian Masala is the best Indian restaurant I have experienced. They have a wonderfully diverse vegan menu and I have never had a poor experience ordering with them for dine-in, takeout, or DoorDash delivery. The food is always piping hot and delicious! I'll probably be back every week, haha!

Plethora of vegan options and no cross-contamination. Thank you for providing the vegan community a safe, nutritious, and delicious place to eat!

Indian Masala like many good BBQ restaurants oftentimes the food is what you're there for because the buildings can seem a bit of a dive. I tried and liked most of the dishes in the buffet including 4 of the chutney options and my favorite was the green chutney. The Chana Masala was spot on in taste a bit on the saucy side but good. The aka: salad could be improved containing only rough cut carrots, onions, and cucumber. I didn't try the puddings to focus on main course and appetizer options. The Sambar and Pappao were not for me kind of a bitter and unpleasant aftertaste. The Currey Chicken is bone in, and typical of stewed chicken warrants care when eating. On the other hand the Butter Chicken (a new dish to me) was both boneless and quite good despite it surprisingly bright color. With a variety of options including vegetarian dishes there's plenty to try. I'd definitely go here again and takeout would be a good option. For my lunch the cost was about $14.00 before tip, there was no wait, the people were friendly, and I left pretty full.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Indian Masala, a delightful restaurant that specializes in Indian cuisine. I must say, their Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala left a lasting impression.

I had the gobi manchurian, malaghai chicken, naan, and chicken tikka masala. It was good eating. Service was good. Atmosphere was meh. The naan was crispy and buttery. The gobi manchurian was awesome! The tikka masala was tasty but the chicken was under seasoned. The sauce was great. My malaghai chicken didn't have a lot of chicken and the sauce was too watery. Overall good eating. Not the most fantastic but you will leave satisfied.

Excellent food; will definately be back! We ordered the vindaloo, tikka masala, and rogan josh. All were absolutely delicious. The Chennai coffee tastes just like I had when I travelled there. YUM!! ♡

For those with "Minnesotan palates" be warned you may want to order a spice level down from what you think you can handle 😅 -- either that or be sure to get a lassi to help put out the fire in your mouth.

Spicy, savory scents tell you this is authentic Indian, house-made and delicious! Before you head to the buffet, the basket of fennel seeds in the entry announce the delightful meal ahead.
The weekday lunch buffet has a wide variety of items. I loved the butter chicken with its creamy, perfect sauce and tender chicken. The onion pakoda balls and Naan were perfect for the mushroom Masala and paneer. Rice pudding and mango pudding make for the perfect sweet note at the end of the meal. Every item has layers of flavor. The atmosphere is that of a welcoming family who wants to share authentic, Indian food at an amazing price. Many items are vegetarian and
several marked vegan. The chutneys and sauces were so flavorful.
We complimented the family who runs the restaurant on the buffet selections and he encouraged us to come to the Grand Buffet on Saturdays and Sundays! We are going back!
