The atmosphere and service was good, but the food was horrible. Just ordered chicken utopia for takeout and the portion was incredibly small, just 4-5 pieces of mcdonald chicken nugget size portions. I wouldn’t have been so upset if it didn’t taste so horribly. It was incredibly dry and overcooked, really hard to chew and tasted burnt. As if they had a decent size portions at the beginning, but just gave whatever was left after discarding all overcooked and discarded pieces. And the basmati rice and veggies were also mediocre at best. Anyway, so dissatisfied with the food.

Excellent food - after a long time, we had authentic Indian food. The weekend buffet is $18.99 per person; however, everything was delicious. There were plenty of veggie options. And they even had a dosa counter; which we throughly enjoyed!

I’m only docking a star because there seemed to be more chicken and goat items compared to seafood. And also because there was a delay in the individual grabbing our plates from the table.

Overall, will return for the food.

Genuinely some of the best and most flavorful food I’ve ever had! The roasted Brussels were a party in my mouth and the moussaka was divine. This is exactly what I hope for when I go out - flavor combinations, textures and experiences that I could never achieve at home. As a vegetarian, there were so many options and easy to identify what was veg. Very thoughtful and well done! Thank you for a great evening out!

My favorite spot! Indian Masala is the best Indian restaurant I have experienced. They have a wonderfully diverse vegan menu and I have never had a poor experience ordering with them for dine-in, takeout, or DoorDash delivery. The food is always piping hot and delicious! I'll probably be back every week, haha!

Plethora of vegan options and no cross-contamination. Thank you for providing the vegan community a safe, nutritious, and delicious place to eat!
I am a regular online customer there, but today I was disappointed with one of the team members at the California Fish Grill, Puente Hills. I am very friendly and was brought up to be polite, kind, and courteous with others. Today was very busy at the restaurant so I patiently waited for my order. While waiting, I made eye-contact with one of the cooks in the kitchen (the short, younger male cook) then I smiled very politely and respectfully, I am also a male, so for me no big deal. He smiled but what disturbed me was that then he went with other cooks in his area to mock me and I know exactly what he was saying, that a gay coquet man smiled, winked, flirted at him (to make himself feel more important to his collogues). I felt disrespected because I was only being "human" offering a kind smile to a stranger, but to be later penalized by bullying and mockery, and from a worker of an establishment where I am paying money!
I hope management reads this to train their staff that their customers "PAY" not only for great food, but to receive good service with a smile!

The food tastes good and it’s convenient if you live close by, but keep in mind if you pay for the tiki chicken masala you will basically just be paying for a bunch of sauce.

Incredible food and just as incredible service. We love the atmosphere here, both inside and out. The food is always made with such love and care, and our server, Tita, was so warm and kind throughout the whole experience. My partner and I love this place!
A true gem of Boston! After moving from India and then living in NYC, I was so disappointed with the Indian food in Boston. But I can now confidently say that Masala Square is the best Indian food I’ve had in the city. Everything is made fresh and it tastes like home cooking. The vibe in the restaurant is fun and the service is great. Highly highly recommend.

Loved the food, price, and atmosphere. The server was awesome and on point with everything. You can't go wrong by stopping here for food. By the way... the bread pudding with ice cream is phenomenal.
Absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance. The menu offered an incredible variety of authentic Indian dishes, each bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The flavorful spices truly transported me back to India. A must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional Indian dining experience!
I don’t usually trust Indian restaurants since they overcharge for mediocre food. But Masala Square has absolutely changed my mind. The flavours were so strong and tasted exactly like it was made in India! My husband and I tried the samosas, mango lassi, and other vegetarian dishes and they were delicious! I just found my new favourite restaurant!
Randomly came across this restaurant. All the employees were friendly, the restaurant itself has very unquie decor. And most importantly the food was very good. My daughter, who is a very picky eater, devoured their stuff french toast in 5 minutes. Would definitely go back again.

This place is sooo good! If you ever need to clear your sinuses, their spicy plates can help with that lol..I love how fresh their meals always are, they never leave me feeling bloated or sluggish after eating. Portions are great, I can make 2 meals out of one. The flavor is top tear, packs a punch! I’ve never been disappointed when my family and I visit. Yummy assortment of drinks that are unique. Clean place, staff is nice but you may wait a bit for food depending on the line. Great place overall!

This place is amazing. The staff here are very welcoming. Our server Maddie was attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere here makes you feel like I went back to the 50s. Ingredients are from local farms. The prices are reasonable and the food is wonderful. The place is clean and well maintained. Loved it!

As an Indian myself, I was amazed with the authentic flavors and service! To find food so good away from home that indeed tastes like home is just satisfying. You guys have a lifetime customer in myself.
Apart from the parking problems, I can see why that is - a warning to people traveling with cars from far please park at the street opposite to the restaurant. It was pouring rain when we visited and was difficult to find parking.
The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I loved everything about this place from the food, ambience to the service and staff. Kid friendly, family friendly options. Vegetarian options. Overall a 💯!
Nope, in my opinion, now officially the worst Indian restaurant in the city.
The food on the buffet was dry with water in it.
Things had no taste, just spicy, the goat tasted like it was boiled in water and then mixed with the curry sauce. Vegetables had no taste suggesting they were boiled in water and then mixed with pre -cooked curry.
Not coming back here again for 20 bucks. There's better places to eat.

Wonderful food, lots of food, very fragrant, Perfect spice, could easily feed a small family with getting only three items. Couldn't even finish from how filling. Definitely get this if you're thinking of some indian food. Absolutely delicious

Best Dosa place in Boston, it has to be. It’s there In their name.
Had different experience for Kuthu Paratha. Taste is good but still much different than original kuthu paratha.
I hope Chef will take a note of it. And try to make it more authentic kuthu paratha and please serve it with Curry instead of raita.
Overall fantastic place!
So far the best Chicken Tikka Masala I have found near Union Square! Love the stuffed naan! Our waiter was also super nice and hilarious. Will be going back to try the Tikka Masala challenge.
I wouldn’t change a single thing about this place. Each of the staff from the busser who was outside on break who welcomed me and opened the door to the amazing and kind servers to the talented chefs. I love a classic breakfast but every item I had was beyond great. Hands down the best grits I’ve ever had, the biscuits especially with the apple butter was out of this world! Now I’m extremely sad that I don’t live here because I won’t be able to enjoy this anytime soon. I truly hope to come back because this was amazing!

I was naturally attracted to this restaurant seeing highly positive reviews. The restaurant matched up to my expectations, for the most part!
High quality of ingredients, good taste..though a bit far from being authentic Indian due to conservative use of spices I believe. I only tried the vegetarian menu items hence can’t say much about rest of the menu. The way they have designed the menu is very convenient for anyone ordering Indian food..kudos on that! Amazing drinks too!!
Good ambience with Indian music. Service felt a bit robotic and monotone. Good experience overall.

Indian Masala like many good BBQ restaurants oftentimes the food is what you're there for because the buildings can seem a bit of a dive. I tried and liked most of the dishes in the buffet including 4 of the chutney options and my favorite was the green chutney. The Chana Masala was spot on in taste a bit on the saucy side but good. The aka: salad could be improved containing only rough cut carrots, onions, and cucumber. I didn't try the puddings to focus on main course and appetizer options. The Sambar and Pappao were not for me kind of a bitter and unpleasant aftertaste. The Currey Chicken is bone in, and typical of stewed chicken warrants care when eating. On the other hand the Butter Chicken (a new dish to me) was both boneless and quite good despite it surprisingly bright color. With a variety of options including vegetarian dishes there's plenty to try. I'd definitely go here again and takeout would be a good option. For my lunch the cost was about $14.00 before tip, there was no wait, the people were friendly, and I left pretty full.

The vibe is amazing! Very clean well maintained fine dining. A wide variety of vegetarian food in the main menu. I didn’t enjoy the Thali as it was very basic and all good at 15-16 dollars. I will try main menu items later. But overall the restaurant is designed for a mind relaxing. Thanks

I can see why this place is so highly rated. This was my first time here and it was an Amazing experience !! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so comforting. In addition, they have a good selection of Indian and draft beers too. The food and service provided at this restaurant exceeded my expectations.

Ordered the following items:
1) Samosa Chat
2) Mixed vegetable curry (request customization of moderate spicy and extra paneer)
3) Garlic naan ( with little butter)

This is my review
Pros:
1) Great ambience and music
2) Courteous and polite staff
3) Samosa Chat chutney was really good.

Cons:
1) Portion size is very less. Both the gravy and the naan are much smaller in comparison to other restaurants
2) Taste is very so, so not the best Indian restaurant I've been to in Boston area

Overall well worth a visit.

I was walking Blackstone Boulevard and then decided to have a late lunch at India. Incredible. The food was delicious, the service excellent. They have a beautiful patio area, which i had seen before, and always wanted to stop in. I had the lunch special with the shrimp kabop l and a watermelon Margarita. 🍉 the food was fresh, and the Naan just spiced right. The shrimp, large and tender. The kale cucumber salad refreshing. The tamatar ka shorba was delicious ( I could have just a big bowl of that it was so creamy).

This was SO GOOD. I can see why it's rated so highly and I'm happy to add to that. From the start, we were seated quickly and the table had a placard promising to replace your food with a different equal-value dish if you had ANY issues with it after trying it. That's wonderful, but you probably won't need it because it was all delicious.

Vindaloo, biryani, mango banana split, two different seasonal drinks, and the "Indian nachos" -- I wanted to keep eating, but I was way too full! Thankfully now I have leftovers to enjoy! Boyfriend reported that his drink, the mango martini, was the best martini he had ever had. I hate martinis, but even I had to agree it was really tasty!

The seating was comfortable as was the light level. Plenty to see by, but dim enough to be cozy. The doors were open since it was a lovely summer evening, so I was really comfortable (though boyfriend was a little warmer than he'd usually choose to be).

I loved the atmosphere, from the music that was quiet enough to talk over but loud enough to listen if you wanted, to the art all around that was so vibrant and lovely. I found myself just gazing around at the paintings, the sculptures, even the lamps and the wall divider! Everything is very gorgeous, but in a natural way and not over the top or gaudy.

It's so good y'all. Give it a go. Service was great as was all the food and I'm already planning what I'll get next time because I will surely be back. 😍 Shoutout to Killian for great service, and all the other staff who we saw helping each other out during a busy night!

This place was absolutely lovely! We tried the rava masala dosa, masala dosa, paneer chilli and paneer do pyaza. This is the closest taste to actual Indian food around and we loved it. The service was friendly and ambience was good.
The dosa texture was exactly as requested and the paneer do pyaza had a different taste than the usual makhani sauce in most restaurants in US.

Would definitely recommend.
First off, great service. The guy was super nice and friendly. The food was really good. A tad it expensive but par for the course for the area!!! Very prompt service and the food is delicious!! Limited menu but very very good quality and flavorful!! Parking is a pain though.. very difficult to find parking in the area

A lovely restaurant with so many thoughtful details throughout! From fresh flowers on the tables to jazz classics playing from the speakers, the space felt incredibly inviting. Attentive and friendly staff. If anything they were too attentive and coming to the table a bit too often (I think I counted 4 different servers coming to our table at different times), but that seems like a funny thing to complain about since they were all friendly and polite.

The food was clearly made with love with fresh, healthy ingredients. The trout special was an absolute delight! We also loved the halloumi appetizer and the strawberry sorbet for dessert, yum. Thank you Utopia for a pleasant surprise on our way to Bar Harbor all the way from NYC. It was just the boost we needed to get to our destination.
Delicious food & cocktails. The Mango Curry is my absolute favorite - I got it with fish. Highly recommend for casual & yummy Indian food!
Phenomenal service. Outstanding cuisine. Dog friendly outdoor seating. They catered to our pooch with homemade chicken and carrot appetizer. Would definetly drive past the harbor to come here again. Turkish coffee too!
$29 for one chicken and veggie curry on Grubhub. Ordered spicy and was not spicy. Chicken and veggies cooked well and not overdone. I’d go again in a pinch, but ideally walk-in to give more specific feedback and avoid delivery adding a few bucks.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding reception at India. From the start, Ajay was super professional, kind, helpful and made us feel like we were family. His team is world class. Each and everyone of the staff was kind and courteous to all my guests. My family and I was really impressed how delicious the food was. Most places when they host an event and you opt for the buffet style. The quality in the food declines. But not here. It was as if my wife and I were eating there on one of our date nights. Throughout the process Ajay was great with communication and never seemed pushy. I was blown away on how great the service and how easy the event went. That was all due to Ajay and his team. I work in customer service and hospitality. I can assure you hospitality is India's mission. I am throwing all my events at India. I strongly recommend you do the same. My wife and I are very pleased we chose India to host one of our most important moments in our life. I'm really happy Ajay and the team realized how special that moment was for us. Thank you India for an amazing experience.

I had the gobi manchurian, malaghai chicken, naan, and chicken tikka masala. It was good eating. Service was good. Atmosphere was meh. The naan was crispy and buttery. The gobi manchurian was awesome! The tikka masala was tasty but the chicken was under seasoned. The sauce was great. My malaghai chicken didn't have a lot of chicken and the sauce was too watery. Overall good eating. Not the most fantastic but you will leave satisfied.

We have been patronizing this restaurant since it opened. The menu has changed over time and the selection of grilled fish and seafood has become more limited. Would recommend their grilled fish plates like salmon or seabass but the quality is hit or miss. The fish is cooked perfectly sometimes while other times it's overcooked. The portions have also gotten a little bit smaller. Clam Chowder is recommended. Good option for a healthy meal.

Stopped in for breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious. This is an AWESOME diner...it has an extensive menu of quality food. The service is excellent. They even have the old time jukeboxes at the tables! If you are looking for an awesome diner breakfast, stop in. I'm sure their lunch and dinner are excellent as well. My server, Laura, was top tier. HIGHLY recommended.
First time there and my curry vegetables were great. Gave me choice of mild, medium, hot or “Damn are you trying to kill me?” spicy…luckily I chose hot. Go, food and service was the best.

If you are looking for a highly authentic experience. Then I would like to highly recommend this restaurant. I order the palace dinner for one with khir. It is large enough for two. The flavors are amazing. The aroma of the rice is truly incredible. It’s a hidden gem here in the Northern part of San Antonio.
First time to have an Indian meal. Food was very well seasoned and tasted great. Portions were well-sized. Even our friends young boys enjoyed the meals as well. Highly recommended!

This was an absolutely amazing meal and overall experience. I had the lunch special, which was delicious and feels like having a multi-course meal in one. Chicken tikka masala is one of my favorite Indian dishes and theirs had a nice, very mildly slightly spicy kick to it. The salad was light and refreshing, the naan was warm and very fresh, and the kheer was a perfect last course. The ginger chai was great, and the flavor was neither overpoweringly gingery nor too sweet; they have a great selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The service was excellent, too—very warm and friendly, and I didn’t feel rushed, as I sometimes do when going out to eat alone. The restaurant itself is also immaculately decorated and has such a calming feel. I’d wanted to try India for a while, and it was highly recommended by a few of my friends, and I completely see why. Not only did my experience here surpass my expectations, it blew them away!
Best place for vegetarians. All the items taste good. We went there after 8.30pm on weekend & had to wait for 20mins for table. Atmosphere is so so.

Items we ordered: Veg pakora (5/5), indo chinese fried rice (4.5/5), Temple special Dosa (4.5/5), Luckhnowi Shikh Kabab (5/5), Veg Makhani (5/5)

This was such a nice eating experience!
Lovely environment with a cool antique jukebox for use at each table to select nusic for the diner!
The food was delicious and quickly brought out. Reasonable prices as well.
Love all the options and the set up of the menu, and the staff was friendly and quick.
Wonderful Service Today! I came in at around 7:30pm on a Friday. To the young man short black curly hair, fit, I beleive he was asian I didn't get his name but i would like to say he did a great job today he was very friendly and went above and beyond with helping customers out. I had a bit of an issue with my order and he made it a priority to make sure i was helped immediately! The environment was very comfortable and clean, the cashier was very friendly, and the tacos were fantastic! 10/10 to this restaurant for such great service thankyou!

We had entree salads. Ken had a very tasty local warm roasted veggie salad with grill chicken and fruit.
I had the summer watermelon and shrimp salad which had too much of wilted mixed greens that really was bitter and distracted from what could have been a great salad. Plus the watermelon still had a green taste instead of sweetness. His was 5 mine was a 2.5. Our service was good. With both of ordering sweet tea.

This is an Indian buffet that has a ton of vegan options!! I came here with my friends who have no dietary restrictions because of their large amount of vegan items! Not only is it a large buffet with lots of kinds of food but everything is labelled well with signs so you know what is vegan! The food was so good! I wish it wasn't so far from my home because I want to go eat here every day!!
Review date 5/28/23: We like the Chicken Biriyani from here. The chicken in it feels good compared to all desi restaurants around in Riverside. Every time I’ve eaten or ordered a takeout, the taste has been 95% consistent considering that my family members are Home cooked food lovers.
Continuing to give 5 stars.

Me & my partner love this spot for brunch. Food never takes long and we always have some food to take home. The biscuits with the white sauce cream is my faveee. I normally get the same dish everytime I come but can never remember the name 🥴😂 (This is from my dining experience in October 2022)

Love everything we tried! Food is quick and delicous, staff is very friendly and courteous. Will definitely come back!
Delicious! Extremely vegetarian friendly. We were able to easily switch chicken sausage with beyond meat veggie sausage. The grits, moon dusted potatoes, and the spicy vegan collard greens especially stood out, but all the food was tasty. I'm honestly already to go back, and glad that I still have some leftovers!
Great experience. The food was top notch. The homemade jams. Yummy yummy. Amd of course the biscuits were great. I had chicken and waffles. We will return.

Food Quality: The seafood at California Fish Grill was fresh and flavorful. From the perfectly grilled fish tacos to the mouthwatering shrimp skewers, each dish was cooked to perfection. The menu offered a variety of options, allowing me to try different types of fish and sauces. The portions were generous, and the sides complemented the main dishes nicely.

Service: The staff at California Fish Grill were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. The service was prompt, and my order arrived quickly. They also ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable by regularly checking in to see if I needed anything.

Clean and Welcoming Atmosphere: The restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere. The seating area was well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. I appreciated the comfortable seating arrangements and the well-lit space, which added to the positive dining experience.

Affordability: Considering the quality of the food and the portion sizes, I found the prices at California Fish Grill to be reasonable. It's not a budget eatery, but for the quality of seafood offered, the prices were justifiable. I felt like I received good value for my money.

While my experience was mostly positive, there is still room for improvement. The restaurant can enhance the variety of side dishes and expand the drink options on the menu. Additionally, a few more vegetarian or non-seafood alternatives could make it more inclusive for a wider range of customers.

In conclusion, California Fish Grill provided me with a great dining experience. The fresh seafood, attentive service, clean atmosphere, and reasonable prices make it a restaurant I would recommend. With a few tweaks, it has the potential to become a five-star establishment.

Sometimes its tricky to find South Indian foods (idly, dosa), but Dosa n Curry provides BIG TIME. Very delicious and reasonable prices. All the dosa are delicious. We ordered take away several times. But dining in is wonderful as well. There is a day of the week with unlimited dosa (embarrassingly, I forget which day though).

We enjoyed our meals and the flavors were very enjoyable. The only downside is that they're located in a very busy area and parking can be a challenge (Trader Joe's is right next door), but you can do some shopping and get a great meal on your outing. We agreed that the Tikka Masala was the winner over the Coconut Curry. The chicken pakoras and samosas were great appetizers (if you want Naan you will have to pay for it). They also have a nice selection of soda, lemonade, and tea. The food comes out piping hot and service was great. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent food; will definately be back! We ordered the vindaloo, tikka masala, and rogan josh. All were absolutely delicious. The Chennai coffee tastes just like I had when I travelled there. YUM!! ♡

For those with "Minnesotan palates" be warned you may want to order a spice level down from what you think you can handle 😅 -- either that or be sure to get a lassi to help put out the fire in your mouth.

One of our favorite "nice" places in Bangor, hands down. Absolutely spectacular food, the service was great, even though they were super busy. It is a lovely smaller restaurant that is not too noisy and romanticly rustic. Perfect place for laid back date night. Amazing hummus. Strongly recommend.

Music was loud, the lighting is good, but too bright for romantic. Booth benches are comfortable. But it was hard sometimes to get the waiters attention. Food came fast. The trick with this huge dosai is that it cools off really fast with all the air moving through it. Rice pudding was cheap but small. The pakora was cheap too, but good size. I wish the masala dosai was more flavorful (i asked more mild, not spicy)

Food was very good. My wife really wasn't a fan of the chicken from the chicken and waffles because of the pickle after taste. The French Toast were very good and THICK. The chicken fried steak was very flavorful. The gravy on top of the chicken fried steak really brought it out. The silver dollar pancakes tasted great and buttery. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and was nice. Great customer service and had great attitude to detail. The atmosphere was great and quiet. Overall we had a good time there and I would give it two thumbs up.

Spicy, savory scents tell you this is authentic Indian, house-made and delicious! Before you head to the buffet, the basket of fennel seeds in the entry announce the delightful meal ahead.
The weekday lunch buffet has a wide variety of items. I loved the butter chicken with its creamy, perfect sauce and tender chicken. The onion pakoda balls and Naan were perfect for the mushroom Masala and paneer. Rice pudding and mango pudding make for the perfect sweet note at the end of the meal. Every item has layers of flavor. The atmosphere is that of a welcoming family who wants to share authentic, Indian food at an amazing price. Many items are vegetarian and
several marked vegan. The chutneys and sauces were so flavorful.
We complimented the family who runs the restaurant on the buffet selections and he encouraged us to come to the Grand Buffet on Saturdays and Sundays! We are going back!
I tried chicken and waffles wherever I visit. I had the Dirty Bird. Chicken well seasoned, waffles fluffy, eggs cooked like I like. Skipped the chicken gravy. Potatoes just average. Biscuits ok but the cranberry applebutter was a show stealer.

My partner and I absolutely love this fine establishment. I love the beautiful decor and fresh, real, flowers! We have gone here so many times the staff treat us like family and know us both by name. We are both creatures of habit and always order the Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Mixed Mushroom Papperdelle Pasta and a dessert which we change up everytime. I have yet to try a dessert (Or entree) I didn't like. I find the pricing to be more than reasonable, this isn't frozen, precooked, prepackaged food. It's homestyle and made from scratch and it really shows. In addition to being very big portions. I also think it's really neat how they bring out water in really fancy bottles and leave it on your table. Finally, I love the entire staff here. The owner Rachel is very, very nice and it's always so wonderful to see her. Can't wait to see everyone again soon!
My sister took me here for a birthday brunch❤️♓ They played 80s music that was so nostalgic and we had a window table that let in lots of natural light. The potatoes were especially delicious, as was the grits and pancakes! I enjoyed ever second of our visit!
Lobby needs some attention. Menus are simple and easy to understand. Overall convenience places and excellent foods.
First time dining after driving by the location several times and WOW!!! it was outstanding!!!! Clean, uncluttered dining area and superb service. High quality furniture, dishes, utensils and cloth napkins make the dining experience extra special. Everything we ordered was exceptional, complex flavors and they take ordering “extra spicy” seriously. Best of all, huge amount of vegan options. We’re an instant fan of this place and look forward to many return trips!
Stopped by for breakfast with my wife and baby girl and it was such a pleasant experience. One thing we wish was better was the amount of whatever sweet icing is inside the stuffed French toast because we got such a small coating of it. Genet was very attentive and so helpful and friendly! She even packed our to go boxes in a bag which of course she didn’t have to do but she did! Will go back and ask for her every time. Thank you so much Genet!!

10/10 experience

Staff: All staff were friendly, polite and quick with orders and recommendations.

Atmosphere: The diner has a nice touch of authenticity without feeling dated, the jukeboxes, the couches, the wood inlay all feel authentic.

Food: Its nice to see an effort for somewhat healthier eating while maintaining traditional American cuisine. The locally sourced information was an added feel-good bonus!

The shakes were truly amazing and I loved having the mixing cup alongside it with the long spoon!

Note: Big shoutout to any business who decides to use payment processors like toast which accept Apple Pay and finalize payment without taking the card from the customer.

All in all an amazing experience!

Coming from a town in iowa with very few Indian buffets, this one tops my experiences by a long shot. I have tried a few non-buffet establishments here in the twin cities, and this place is by far the best bang for your buck

The quality of food could probably be a tad higher, but it’s $20, not the Bacchanal. The dishes were constantly monitored and refilled; I especially enjoyed the palak paneer, naan, and rice pudding. It is fully self-service, which I do enjoy when I’m hangry and impatient

Though this is a good 25 minute drive from me, it’s well worth it!
An explosion 💥 of delicious & fresh 😋 flavors. The Cajun shrimp tacos 🌮 were amazing as well as the grilled zucchini and the street grilled corn. An awesome, mouthwatering experience 👍 Very clean and great customer service 👌Thank you for such a lovely satisfying meal 🤤. I’ll be back 😉
I absolutely love Indian food, but, having a nut allergy usually makes dining out at Indian places hard. If you have allergies Dosa n Curry has you covered. They seem pretty allergy aware especially if you check out their online menu. Got a few things this time but the veggie biryani was the show stopper for me. Complex flavors in a simple looking dish.

As far as service goes it was pretty good. Small ding because I had to flag down the waiter to bring me more water. But otherwise I was happy.

Can't wait to come back and try more allergy friendly vegetarian food 🙂
First time here, the place is colorful and gives India vibes. The lady that served me was in traditional Indian attire and looked beautiful , however wouldn’t speak much but I don’t judge that. I chose to eat from the buffet, the options were good and the food had good taste.

Update: My husband ordered California Fish Grill on March 3rd 2023. He knows I am fond of it and our lil one. I was disappointed the bredding on the fish was too much, is like we didn't get much and very oily. I can smell the oil. I do not know if you all changed chefs, but their needs to be a level of consistency. I couldn't even eat all. Customers are already paying alot, at least can we get decent stuff for our money, everything is going up. This was the worst. I feel we will give you all a break. See pic attached. CFG, I know you all can do better than this.

Visited here on November 22nd 2022. Hubby enjoys the food here as well as myself and my son. Service was pretty quick. The process is you order first. They would ask for your phone no when the food is ready you will be text to collect it. The food shown above cost approximately $44. The fish was juicy and tender. The Chicken Nuggets was delicious the only thing the fries was too Salty, which we noticed, California Fish Grill you all need to cut down on the Salt. Otherwise everything was good not too oily. Cashiers were pleasant. Will visit again God's will.
The area tends to be busy given that it’s in the same area as Trader Joe’s.

The food and service were great. The spiciness level was accurate making the dishes enjoyable. The portion size is deceiving at first sight, but the portions were very reasonable and the food was fresh.
Love there food! Always $80+ just for my daughter and I! We get a bit of everything to take some home

***DO NOT GO HERE***

One of the worst food experience!!!
Ordered chicken tandoori hoping for a tasty, tasteful chicken- but got a very dry, overcooked chicken on sizzler.

Ordered garlic naan and daal makhani- naan was ok but the daal was stale. It should have been made 2/3 days ago and they just microwaved it and seved it. It was sour and salty. When asked why the daal was sour and stale, the lady said "I don't know. I dont work in the kitchen"

And on top of that they charge you an extra 15% gratuity added in your final bill in addition the tip you have to put in. WHAT THE HELL!!!

I DONOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

This is such a lovely place. Great ambiance, good service, and tasty fresh food. Can't ask for more.
Great first impression of this wonderful find. Delicious appetizers, great portions. We had the 4-appetizer platter. The hummus, babaghanous, ezme and cacik were spot on! I had the St.Peter’s fish with spinach, my wife had the chicken Shish kebab, and our friends had a chicken salad and the shrimp/fish combo dish. An amazing culinary experience. Our compliments to the chef! We will be back! Crowded for a Sunday evening, but our server Aziz made us feel well attended to.
These guys even dont know abcd of cooking. Ordered malai kofta and plain naan but kofta is as hard as rock and naan width is like 100 pages notebook. Poor service and prices are too high.

Quality what a joke. I paid for food not for trash. I wish if you can put this attitude in your food.

P.s:- i already garbage this thing which you called food and i wish i could have teach you but with this attitude you can struggle only but can not cook.
I liked this place. The beryani and garlic bread were great. He asked about how spicy we wants our coconut curry stew but it wasn’t spicy at all! I will go back for sure. All the food price was around 40 bucks.

Good veg options

We ate here on our recent road trip in New England. We ordered their moussaka and spanakopita. The food was delicious and the service was adequate. The vegetarian options on the menu were good. The only thing we were not happy about was that we asked them if they had any complimentary bread and dipping oil when we got there because we were famished and they said they could bring us some pita bread and olive oil. So we were happy but then when we got our bill we were surprised they actually charge us for it - something that should have been a freebie. Not good form. Note to the restaurant: the more freely you give, the more business you get!
Diverse, tasty menu of Turkish fare. Even those not used to Mediterranean food will find many options here! Outdoor and indoor seating, lovely decor, friendly servers. We especially enjoyed the fried zucchini pancakes, chicken kabobs and Turkish fries (w/Feta cheese, parsley). Good value for the area.

Really good spot for some Turkish cuisine. The fresh lavas they bring out is a must try! Crunchy and delicious. We went as big group and their service was fast and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful little Mediterranean spot in downtown Bangor. Close enough to the airport to stop by on your way for a nice lunch. The bisque was so good, as was the hummus appetizer. They are gluten free friendly if you just ask for a substitute for dippers or what's on your plate. The falafel is delicious and so were the fried olives!
I ordered shahi paneer korma and naan. The naan was huge, but the quantity of the paneer korma was less for the price. I mentioned that paneer korma be hot, but the spice level was medium. Overall the food was tasty, will order again. I would’ve given 3.5 stars if possible.

Good atmosphere. Food tastes pretty good. Service is slow. Be careful, they will try to add things on by making it seem that it is included complimentary. For example we ordered the appetizer bread and it was excellent, however we asked for some dipping sauce and they offered spicy hummus. When i asked if this was complimentary i was told no and that it was $9. Prices are somewhat high for the quantity they give. Otherwise not bad.
Excellent Indian food. Taste is very good and portion sizes are quite large for a good price. Hot chicken korma was very good and very spicy. It was much spicier than expected (a good thing) so if you can’t handle heat I would get a milder version. The garlic naan was also very good. A little thin for my liking but perfect for scooping up the korma. Highly recommend and will be going back myself to try their other dishes
A friend recommended this restaurant and said she and her family have enjoyed the food and service here for years. I went yesterday and agree with her positive raves. The food was fresh and delicious. They had a buffet during the lunch hour and it was a perfect opportunity to try a little bit of everything.

Gets slow very quickly as they are unable to handle service for large crowds during lunch in an efficient manner. The food is not super fresh and can be better but for the price they are decent. The service and people are always busy and not service friendly or customer friendly as they seem to be focussed on a task but don’t realize that all their tasks are for the customers and to treat the customers accordingly. Not a place for me to visit again unless I am with a group who want to go there.

Wow! If you don’t find something on the lunch buffet you like, you don’t like Indian food. For a buffet, everything was excellent. They bring fresh nan to each table. As you walk in the refreshing scent of, I think sandalwood, incense is present.
Service is excellent as are the real plates, metal silverware, and real cloth napkins. I always eat way too much here, just can not help it, the food is that good.
If I had any complaint it would be the Tandor Chicken, it was still very good, but for some reason it was not of the same high quality of the rest of the buffet. Might be just me? All this food for less than $12, quite a deal for lunch.
This restaurant rates 5 out of 5 to me. I feel it’s the best I’m San Antonio . Well done!
I originally gave this place 5 stars because they use to have a buffet and their food was delicious. This place is still one of my favorite, but not a fan of them removing the buffet. Plus it seems they're serving less on their entree and adding more onions to their vegetables dishes that I usually order-- to make it look more for less. That's the main reason I dropped my rating to 4 stars is due to the changes.
