Expensive but good

In 2019, I bought a FRANKE BFG 651-78 sink + FRANKE Pola faucet + FRANKE Avena soap dispenser.
After about two years, the soap dispenser broke (no longer primed) and I had to buy another dispenser because the warranty was only one year.
After about three years, the enamel on the battery started to come off, and when I requested the repair/replacement of the battery under warranty (the warranty on the battery is 5 years), the FRANKE employee told me that I lost the warranty because I did not maintain the battery respectively identified limescale stains on the sink, which affected the enamel!
That would be it, even though the faucet and sink were permanently wiped; but let's say that, indeed, the limescale affected the enamel. The fact that he did it in just 3 years says a lot about the quality of FRANKE products!
So, I came to the conclusion of the plumber who installed my sink, namely, "FRANKE is no longer what it used to be!" Very poor quality products, and the warranty offered - a joke!,,

FRANKE excels in Quality on both fronts:
- Product Quality
- Customer Service
This is in stark contrast to Hafele (which for us turned out to be a total disaster).
The Hafele dishwasher was so noisy that we that we could not even have a normal conversation even outside the kitchen. 64 dBA (their promise 49 dBA).
Ohh it's only a difference of 15 dBA; but the dB scale is logarithmic and 15 reflects an increase in sound pressure or 32 times their advertised 49 dBA.
The Hafele customer service team did NOTHING to fix the problem and failed on both fronts: Customer Service and Product Quality.
Finally after a month the store took the Hafele dishwasher back and we purchased a FRANKE from another store.

The FRANKE did arrive with a small dent in the Stainless Steel front panel.
A very professional FRANKE technician arrived just a few days later and replaced the panel.
We need additional appliances soon and guess what....

Ich hatte heute einen Service Techniker von Franke bei mir (leider habe ich mir seinen Namen nicht notiert). Ich bin begeistert vom kompetenten und kundenorientierten Auftreten. Freundlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Die heutige Begegnung lässt mich glauben, dass es doch noch fachlich gute und kompetente Handwerker in der Schweizer Servicelandschaft gibt. Grosses Kompliment!

Sehr eindrücklich, was Franke herstellt für Flug und weltraumfahrten, ich wuste das gar nicht , denke man dürfte mehr Werbung machen in der Region ,Die meisten kennen nur Spühlbecken und Kaffeemaschinen das Franke herstellt.

Wir sind mit der Qualität der Franke-Produkte und dem Kundenservice der Franke Industrie AG nicht zufrieden. Wir haben vor 2 Jahren eine Küchenarmatur für über CHF 1'000.00 gekauft. Nun ist der Wasserlauf der Küchenarmatur, welcher nur aus Plastik besteht, nicht mehr dicht. Wir haben beim Kundenservice nachgefragt, ob wir dieses Plastikstück ersetzten könnten. Vom Kundenservice her wurde uns erklärt, dass dies nicht möglich sei und dass nur die ganze Ersatzbrause für ca. CHF 200.00 als Ersatzteil zur Verfügung steht. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, dass diese "Qualitätsprodukte" nach so kurzer Zeit nicht mehr dicht sind resp. uns kein Ersatz der defekten Teile angeboten wurde.
