Nice place to be until 9 pm. After that when local shops are closed then there are many people who sleeps there. They don't want to be disturbed.
Very lovely spot to chill with a friend or two. It's nice, peaceful and intimate.
Good place for sit for a small while....like when waiting for something..not exactly a full fledged park
Nice plaza with plenty of food, drink, and coffee options within walking distance. This space often hosts street festivals, food trucks, and protests, rallies and other political manifestations. Additionally, the picturesque city hall can be viewed during opening hours, as it often doubles as an art gallery during JCAST and other such special events.
Beautiful Building, however, they landscaping all around it needs serious work, especially the sides and rear, disgracefully for a city on the move.
This is always a nice place for the city’s food park place. I found my peace here one time sitting at those benches just by myself looking at those leaves falling from the tree, yes it was way back fall.
Nice open area for activities, fairs, and markets around city hall. Located close the Grove Street path stop.
