Worst of the worst. Not even tried to deliver my parcel and it was sent back to the sender.

Not so happy for Their service

I would never trust this company. Worst service I have seen in my life. 9 days and they have not been able to deliver a package with several false excuses! I won't buy anywhere using GLS as courier service.

Extremely poor service exactly over Christmas Holidays.
My package was supposed to be delivered the 21 December, but everyday the tracking system postponed the delivery for the next working day without any further explanation.
This is ridiculous and even if in general their service is poor compared to other couriers available here (Bartolini and DHL for example), the price is pretty much the same, which is unbelievable.

AVOID GLS at all cost!

They even didn’t ring the bell!! They said we are not there, but actually we were waiting! Absolutely useless company. They should fail soon absolutely.

Totally unprofessional. They say that they tried to deliver but it's not true. Never had problem with any other delivery service, they are lazy, unprofessional .One star is even too much. I would rate their service 0 star.

They don’t even try and deliver to the address. They just send an email saying “error with delivery address”. Service provider to be avoided. The phone service is never answered. Even after 30 minutes wait time.
