Very bad experience. The delivery man didn't show up or delivery a 2nd time or put my package in the post office. He just returned my package to the warehouse the next day after the first delivery. He made the rejection decision without asking me. And when I tried to call him, he just hang up or didn't answer my phone. It is ridiculous. I don't see why this company hasn't closed down yet. Shame on them.

They provide a disgusting level of service or no service at all. The most inefficient a company could be.

Very poor quality and not professional, also non responsive. DO NOT USE THEM! Amazon Parcel should have been delivered as appearing on tracking on Thus 29th October at 3.38, it NEVER arrived. In spite of several attempts , no proof of delivery at the due address was provided in 14 days. No luck whatsoever to trace pack in SDA's store room, company passing bucket for complaint of for lost parcel.

Promised deliveries that never arrive, claims thst delivery has been attempted at 4.40 in the morning or at 10 in the evening....different from the information given to vendor

It is really the worst company ever. The put your package on the truck every day only to bring it back to the main sorting center without even attempting to deliver it. You feel trapped because every day you feel compelled to stay home and wait for the courier only for nobody to show up day after day. If you are american and your family ships through USPS, then your mail will automatically be delivered by these awful people when it arrives in Italy. Do yourself a huge favor and tell your family members NEVER to ship you anything through USPS. Use a private service instead.

I have never seen such a irresponsible and carelessness delivery service in my life!!! Totally stupid!!! Shame on them!!

Most likely my professional equipments, shipping from Genova, were stolen by one of the employees of Centro Operativo Molassana (GE). The package never ever arrived to destination. I have collected proofs and everything seems to be leading to that. It's very unlikely my package was lost.
The package was ensured and now I'm running a legal fight to get the refund, which is anyway way smaller than the value of the items in the box.
The worst experience ever!!!
SDA + Poste Italiane... Congrats!
