Friendly and helpful staff. Doctors really know their stuff and you feel much safer. Hardly any wait time and Doctors take their time to review your concerns

How exactly does this work? You fall sick today call in for a appointment to see a doctor the following day and get told theres 2 week wait to see a doctor, ? Is it even worth registering here even though? They send you to get checked else where. Ots inconvenient, and you can even walk in .

I’ve been coming here since I was a baby up until my early 20’s, along with my siblings. I sadly moved out central last year & had to register with a local doctor who don’t provide the outstanding services I’m used to. Have always had good experiences coming here & the reception lady’s are lovely, along with the nurses and doctors.

Mangere Health have been my GP for over 5 years. Within the last year, their has been a decline in their accessibility where I have had no choice but to move my family to another GP.
Trying to book an appointment with this centre is very frustrating! It's almost impossible to be seen by my doctor or any doctor in the centre. They're always fully booked that week or the week after. Understandably, COVID-19 has made it difficult for the Centre and NZ's healthcare in general but I haven't had issues with my new GP and there seems to be better accessibility and empathy there. Glad I made the move.

Almost 3+ years with this clinic and you can never get an appointment on the same week! Probably lucky enough to get a slot in 2 weeks.
So frustrating!!!
Tried the online thing they say that helps and submitted a request last week and still no call backs.
Reception makes it worse! You don’t feel welcomed when you call in.

I have received a very negative treatment from the nurse that I was scheduled to see. I emailed my concerns to the clinic but received no response. I hope they will follow up and take action. I have had good service and nice experience with the previous nurse and the receptionist but not the last one.
Updates: I have received a response and support was provided to resolve the situation. I appreciate the management response. Reception staff, my doctor and the nurse I have been dealing with are great. Thank you for that.

I had my first visit this week. Although I had to phone them a couple of times beforehand since they were busy but they followed through and a nurse returned my call to book the appointment. On the day, the GP called me in the morning for a brief phone consultation and prescribed me medicine. I was attended by Nurse Sevita who answered all my questions and paid attention to all my concerns. She was engaging and thorough. Pleasant first experience!
