The Doctor are nice but the Indian lady receptionist was utterly rude to old people..this behaviour is Not Acceptable .We were here in the Morning of Dec 1st 2023

Such an amazing experience at Capital Radiology at the Sunshine Private Hospital.
Anthony was an absolute legend and definitely made my life easier undergoing a DEXA scan as I am severely claustrophobic. With being on workCover having to do many MRIs and all sorts of scans, I can by far say that Anthony was my favourite / easiest experience of them all.
100% recomend he was amazing.

Very easy to find and reasonable parking prices for those driving (I think between $0- $15 max full day for 4+ hrs). Nice establishment. Staff/Doctors/Surgeons were all lovely and reassuring from start to finish. My procedure was 90 minutes behind its appointment time, but after the wait, it was seamless. The seat in the waiting area isn't the comfiest as there's no back support, the seat is high and wide (I'm 165cm for reference), and my feet couldn't reach the ground unless I was on the edge of the seat (I had to stand up for 30 minutes). There was a TV although it wasn't turned on. It would have been nice if it was on to help pass the waiting time for those who don't want to sit on their phones. There is also good free WiFi. No gluten-free options in recovery, even a piece of fruit, would have been appreciated.
