My mom and I love to pass by to get the monkey bread and chocolate croissant. They’re so delicious and our favorites. I also like to use their natural buttermilk pan loafs for my sandwiches. Great place and atmosphere. My favorite bakery.

Recently got a 3 grain french country bread from WaveHill Breads. OMG, it was amazing, I thought I was in heaven, this loaf was as good or better than any I've had before and I love a good crusty bread. This was a meal in itself, add some cheese and wine and it will take you back to the streets of Paris or Florence. It was absolutely an amazing taste experience! Thank you WaveHill Breads for baking this unique artisan bread.

the best bread you can find around New York. I buy the miche and foccacia weekly. beautiful stands at farmers markets, with super nice workers. I recommend anyone that doesn’t want to buy preservative filled bread from the supermarket try them out.
Now that the farmers market season is over, I make a trip up to the bakery from NY every week.

Once you walked in it looks more like a production bakery with just a few carts rolled up front for you to buy from. I personally liked this, not traditional but very pleasing. Had a few pastries and were amazing. Didn't try the bread but ill be coming back

Got Wild yeast bread at the farmer's market, cut quarter from the large round one and it was good.
Saw the pre-sliced bread in regular plastic bags, with moisture accumulated on the inside, so I am not surprised the previous reviewer said this bread was moldy! Any decent bakery would know not to put fresh bread into sealed plastic bags, but instead use paper or perforated cellophane.
Edited one week later:
The bread that was bought 5 days ago & stored on kitchen counter in paper bag (it’s almost winter so no heat / humidity in the air) has gone full mold mode. See pics below.
When mentioned (and shown pics) to the seller guy at he market, he said the bread has to be stored in the fridge. To which I said, “why”? There is no need for it unless it’s humid summer..and then he said “you have to put in in the freezer” and I’m like “no, I want to eat my bread fresh, not from the freezer duh”..to summ it up, he had no clue what he’s talking about..This never happened to me with the sourdough bread from the one & only SheWolf Bakery. Lesson learned. Never again.

Picked up from the farmers market, so travel time and distance may have impacted quality. Baguette was good. Nice flavors. Croissants (both traditional and chocolate) were soft and mealy. No flakiness. No crunchiness. Just soft pillows lacking the complexity in texture and flavor. For the price, I expected more.

We had a pizza party last night for 55 guests and used Wave Hill Breads pizza crusts. Amazing! Light, airy and delicious. Everyone left raving! They will be my go to for all our pizza parties going forward!
