Only the security guard was the reason I gave a bad review. By the way, I've personally always had a good relationship with him.
However, I recently saw an event when a security person was actively involved. Unintentionally, a customer dropped a box of cookies, spilling the contents all over the floor. The poor man was soon approached by the guard, who began shouting at him, grabbing his purchases out of his hands and even hitting him. Additionally, the guard screamed, "Never even dare to enter my (?) store!" It was both terrifying and humiliating.
The client looked helpless and didn't speak English. He appears to be a Ukrainian refugee. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of several customers, the guard treated them with extreme disdain, thus the man was unable to be protected.
I'd like to believe that the guard's action was motivated by emotion. However, I can't do that due to the review I've read about his inappropriate behavior.
I strongly hope that this security guard would repent of his attitude and come to sincerely regret his mistreatment of the patrons.
But for now, we will refrain from visiting this store.

I just love shopping here the prices are pretty good!
The WORST store! With the rudest and most disrespectful guy on front door who is confused and thinks he’s the owner. The store is awful with awful prices and expired food. These people cover expiration dates with their own stickers and they deceive the unsuspecting public. I wish I can give them zero stars!!! They don’t even deserve one star!
It's basically a Dollar store that sells items for much more than Family Dollar does.
They are VERY RUDE just like the reviews are saying. I'm paying at the register and the middle eastern woman screams NEXT ! before I had a chance to put my change away. I asked one employee where something was, looks at me nasty and says NO ! No one wants to work there they should leave. Everything is old and expired. When I have access to my car I Never go there now. Only went in once. Bad experience. I will spend my money elsewhere.

This store has a wide variety of products but beware most stuff is expired or about to be expired. Bought some cookies and realized that they've expired, they need to check their products before putting them on the shelves.
Being in a predominantly Russian neighborhood be forewarned you will be racially profiled not by Russians who are always nice but by the middle eastern staff. A new lady who works there at the front door asked for my receipt which has never happened before in over 2 years, now I wouldn’t have a problem with this but she blatantly lied to my face saying she checks everyone’s receipt. Problem is 3 other people who were on line behind me were on their way out without the need to have their receipt checked when she says she just checked theirs as well. It was physically impossible to do so when they were behind me and then the nerve of her to lie on top of it makes her even more disgusting.
Store is dirty, management has no care whatsoever for expired foods and/or rotten items. The cashiers do their best but some are definitely ruder than others. Illegal employment practices within, beware. You'll have a better shot at getting non-expired food at nearly every other establishment.
I have been coming to this store ‘Big Bazaar since 2018. I love the store so very much due to things that they Cary that you can hardly find in the city. Fresh fruits and Veggies are one in town, there prices are good and reasonable. There’s one of the Cashiers, She’s an Arab, about 5ft tall. This girl is the most nastiest person I’ve ever seen in my entire life. She has no respect whatsoever especially to older people, precisely older women. She curses at them, She talks anyhow to people, She’s very rude and lousy. This type of person shouldn’t be allowed to touch people’s food, due to her disgusting behaviors. In the previous place where the cash register was before they move to another part, this same girl was insulting an older woman and threw money at the old woman. I literally asked her if she has a mother or a grandmother? She looked at me disdainfully. I don’t like to check out my stuff with her. I had reported her to the skinny Spanish guy and to the manager Indian guy.
