I experienced a 'bait and switch' scam with this company. They initially displayed low fares online, but after payment, I received a call informing me that the fare was no longer available, and the price had increased. They also claimed there were no more seats available on my booked flight and tried to make me pay more for the same flight. I was asked to pay $1435 for a flight that I originally booked for $973. When I expressed my desire to cancel and requested a refund, they attempted to charge cancellation fees, even though their policy stated free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. I advise others to steer clear of this SCAM company.
Bait and Switch scam! Do not do business!
If you book online with this company, they will call you a short time after the booking to tell you the fare is no longer available with the airline at the price you booked. They can rebook you at a price that is considerably greater that the original price. If you tell them you want to cancel your booking, they tell you there are service fees involved in the callelation. This is despite a notice on their website with free 24 hr. cancellation - 24 Hours Free Cancellation copied verbatim below:
"You may cancel a booking without penalty, for 24 hours after the reservation is made, if the reservation was made one week or more prior to your flight’s departure date. You receive a full refund of the payment back into the same form of payment which was used originally. This refund reflects in your bank statement in 6 to 10 business days (it may vary depending upon the terms of the card issuer/financial institution). "
We later were able to book same flight directly with the airline, for the original advertised price.

Worst indian scammers ever, they sending confirmation without any ticket and payment. when you call them they saying the airline changed their prices and you need to pay extra.. all prices are more cheaper on the airline directly than their website. they just using people to making more money. this website need to be shotdown.

Tomaron todos mis datos para hacer la compra de un vuelo y 24 horas después lo anularon con la excusa que no habían sillas disponibles, cuando en el momento de hacer la reserva habían varias.
Trate de comunicarme con ellos, pero nadie contesta ni al correo ni en el teléfono aunque en la página dice atención 24/7.
